I cannot say enough positive things about the automobile itself. The management and finance people are incredible to work with and made buying a car from them an enjoyable experience. Sadly this dealership is really hit and miss when it comes to quality of service. They are always over booked and understaffed. The sales people are quite rude when they approach you and determine you are only on site to deal with a service issue. Even when you call in for an appointment and ask for a ride in the courtesy shuttle at a specific time you will usually end up waiting for an hour for it to return or be told that it is full. The cashier (the old bitter one) has a serious attitude problem when you attempt to pickup your keys from her desk. What really pisses me off the most is they sold my information to an extended warranty company who endlessly contacts me on Bert Ogden's behalf and harass me even after opting out of the service. When I mentioned this to other BMW owners they named Bert Ogden as the culprit in this practice as well. If you buy a car from them never give them your real phone number or the harassment will never end.

The service center than advised me that I had a leak that was covered under my warranty and that I can bring the car back on Monday. I told him to just keep the vehicle. I have been calling since Monday and the first call they said they were waiting on inspector, Tuesday the inspector just left, Wednesday the part needed the warranty company was trying to get it cheaper somewhere else, Thursday no answer, Friday no answer. My car has been at the service center for a week now and I cannot believe these people do not call to even give an update. I am now going to have to drive across town from work just to see if someone can give me some answers since they don't answer the phone.

I can't explain the level of disappointment with this business…read more I found a truck I was interested. I asked many questions and went over my concerns then, and again on the date of purchase. One specific question was "has the truck ever been involved in an accident" and I was absolutely assured by the salesman that it had not. I also asked are there any problems with the truck and was told "no". I ended up purchasing the truck after an agreement to repaint the the rock chips on the front hood and bumper. I purchased the truck January 12th. Since, I've noticed the oil pressure is terrible and found out it has been in an accident whereas frame damage is involved. I'm afraid to drive it. Also, to date, the front hood and bumper has not been repainted. I've voiced my concerns to the dealership telling them I want to return the truck. I was basically told "too bad, you already signed a contract." They refuse to stand behind their product (vehicles) even after now acknowledging that indeed, the truck HAS been in an accident. Their claim is "they didn't know." The association recommends that dealers run the VIN for all vehicles in their inventory through the Safecar.Gov lookup tool at the time of closing a sale. Vehicle history databases are updated constantly, so the information you pull before bidding on a vehicle at auction may not be complete by the time you sell that vehicle. The dealership should know this but regardless, stand behind their word and vehicles. They have lost a good client for life and I HIGHLY recommend anyone considering buying from them to reconsider.

After my move to Hawai'i, I went through some unexpected financial challenges and almost lost my truck. Instead of making me feel ashamed, the collections team treated me with kindness, empathy, and respect. Tammy was the first person who helped me by placing a hold on my account so my truck wouldn't be repossessed while I worked through my situation. When I called back, Tammy wasn't available, but Lydia stepped in and took great care of me. After I paid off my $2,000 past due balance, she helped me change my car payments from biweekly to monthly, which fits my budget much better. Today, I honestly feel like I have my life back together. That feeling is hard to put into words. I've been a Rally Credit Union member for many years, and experiences like this remind me why. Great customer service isn't just about policies or payments. It's about treating people with compassion during difficult moments.
