His crew was already in the neighborhood and showed up just a few hours later. They safely took down all three trees (including a full stump grind on the big one near the house), removed a giant heavy branch hanging toward our roof from the utility tree, and trimmed two others. Everything was done professionally with great care around the house, power lines, and landscaping. They clearly know what they're doing and worked efficiently -- the whole job only took a couple of hours. The price was very fair for the amount of work and the risks involved. Amazing cleanup. Other than the hole where the tree used to be (and a broken gate), you could not tell that anything had happened. Kiel's Tree Care returned my phone call promptly and most importantly showed up at our estimate appointment 10 mins early. Kiel was very patient and very knowledge with all the trees on my property. He asked me what I would like to do with my trees and then provide/discuss his plan with me. Before the schedule work day, Kiel's office called and notified me because of the work load, Kiel might not be able to finish everything in one day, but will continue on 2nd day.
