Most people aren't capable/knowledgeable enough to do that. The reason they have this approach - liability. They try to transfer that to the customer. And beware of the ones that only accept cash app, or venmo. There is no recourse if they fail/are incompetent. Serious legislation/rules/repercussions are needed in this industry/rip-off artistry. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. Just don't.

He needs to be patient with people. He literally yelled at my driver for no reason he was telling him not waste his time screaming. Driver barely speaks English and this guy Mike from MTS just not helpful at all. We wanted to get our truck fixed and my driver was ONLY trying to explain what was going on with his truck. Mike can be the best mechanic in the world but maybe some patience and people skill will make his business grow. For now this would be the last place in the world I would call.
