But after they removed it there was a new clicking noise. They wanted to charge us to repair/clean the blower motor. When my wife pointed out that it wasn't clicking before and that we always tell them everything that is wrong with our car before brining it it she was told her word is no good. Can't be trusted. I guess this shop doesn't turn on the car before repairing it? Seems like a bad way to run a place.

They would not accept payment for fixing the donut and said that we'd already had enough of a bad day. Anyone who has ever moved knows that, of course that would happen that week! Fortunately, we found Zohr on Yelp and it was a mixed bag but ended up working pretty well. The bolt was discovered on a Saturday and we couldn't get anyone out until Monday around lunchtime. Not a huge issue as we have two cars and could ride it out, as long as they were on time... More about that in a sec. They were on the ball and said they could likely patch it, but got the tire size in case they needed to replace it on the spot. Their idea is genius, by the way. They'll come to you wherever and remove your tire and get it all fixed up or replaced, saving you the danger of driving on a wonky tire. They rescheduled us for Monday evening which didn't work with our closing/moving schedule, and called to have it at the original time. They didn't show during the window, and we had to call more than a few times to confirm they were still coming. Definitely frustrating to deal with, and I was ready to go to Plan B, but fortunately they ended up not being too late (about two hours after the window). My frustrations faded once they got someone en route; they became very responsive, communicative and let us know exactly when they'd be there. When they arrived, they said that since the bolt was in the tread they could plug it and be done in 15-20 minutes. Really grateful because we need a whole new set of tires on this car sometime soon, but would be a bummer to buy one and then have to buy a set again. Their tech was friendly and quick, very efficient, and the price was fair (I want to say around $85 out the door). They were a bit confused with the Yelp check in offer of 20% off, but I'm not sweating it too much. All in all, I was not the happiest camper the way it was going around appointment time, but they stepped up and totally redeemed themselves! Would use them again, but hopefully won't have to.

That diagnosis cost me twice (2X, near $ 400.00) what other shops charge. I was told that the entire convertible top parts needed to be replaced and the only place to get these parts was from somewhere in California at a price of 3 K, no price on the replacement of said parts until the work was done. They showed me Hydraulic fluid under the car and was told it was from one of my car's leaks. I asked for a printout of the diagnosis; was told, for some reason they could only get the first two pages of printout for my records. To me that smelled. In short, I found a mechanic who replaced the two top cylinders (located in the trunk) for $ 500.00 parts and labor, rebuilt parts from Oregon, not CA. That is the only repairs needed, and the so-called Hydraulic leak was not from my car. IF it had been from my car, it would have been from another source according to my mechanic, the oil spot was not there when they parked my car in the garage, so I was supposed to fall for this ruse. No leaks since then, figure that out? I do not know where and how they get their 5-star reviews but as you can see on YELP there are several 1-star reviews from victims such as me, for me it could have been much worse had I not been suspicious. IF you take your car there, be prepared to give them a blank check.

The quality of service was great as well, Charles did a great job working with me and I helped identify the problem and he gave me options and ultimately cared about my wallet which was ideal. The value was also good. The patch was a 1/10th of a cost of new tire and with only 10,000 miles on my tires I really didn't want to have to have a new tire if I didn't need it.
