He said his notes in his file that his employee made - said there was damaged when they were received. When I asked why wasn't I called if they saw the damage especially since it was so profound and a chemical burn- he said it was not his policy - he was rude, and accusatory. He then said dry clean items are washed! I told him I did not want my clothing washed ! I bring them to the dry cleaners to be dry cleaned. This was the 2nd time their customer service has been unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. The 1st time was when I asked the manager about a new employee's overcharging for 4 items. She was arrogant, and rude. I thought she just had a bad day. I've done business with this cleaners for more 6 years but no more. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and their customer service and care is arrogant.
