Unfortunately, my experience with the owner leaves me unable to support this business. The way staff are treated is deeply disappointing. Employees are let go without communication or explanation, removed from group chats without notice, and often left without the basic respect of a conversation. It reflects a pattern of poor leadership and a lack of professionalism. It's a shame because the people who make this place enjoyable aren't the ones setting the tone from the top. I can't, in good conscience, continue spending my money at a business whose leadership doesn't align with the respect and integrity I believe employees deserve.

My wife ordered the Yardbird Club. Loved it but she could only eat half because it was so big. I had the catfish. Great but I could not eat all of it. Moral of the story. You're going to love this place and if you go home hungry it's your fault. The French Fries were real potatoes and really good. We will be going back from White Oak soon.
