We just purchased our second vehicle from Joe Thein and Victory Ford in Dyersville. We are very…read morepleased with working with Joe. He listens to what you want in a vehicle, answered our questions, explained all the options and how to operate all of them. We feel we can trust Joe and Victory Ford to give us the best price on our trade-in and the new vehicle. Today when you walk into a car dealership you never know who you will get and how they will treat you. That is one less thing to worry about at Victory Ford and Joe Thein. We recommend you go to Victory for your car needs.

OK, so after 201,000 miles on my trustworthy 98 F150 it's time to begin the earch for a…read morereplacement. After countless run-ins over the last 30 years with low-life car salesmen and dealerships I swore to myself I'd never buy a used vehicle from a dealership again. But then I saw the perfect replacement on ebay, a 2002 F150 with 36K miles, listed by Victory Ford. So I thought I'd at least make a telephone call and see what's up. I live 150 miles away in Wisconsin. I spoke with Steve Lagrant, the first truely honest and straight forward car saleman I've negotiated with. He was very open about the condition of the truck and didn't make any promises he couldn't honor. He brought to my attention some minor hail damage, most dealers would have left it up to the buyer to notice it. We were able to negotiate a price that was fair to each of us over the phone, that's the first time I've done that! So I took a deep breath and made a deposit over the phone without actually seeing the vehicle in person. I made it clear to Steve that I am placing my trust in him and I expect him to honor it. The vehicle has actually EXCEEDED my expectations. Victory Ford did a lot of routine maintenance to get the truck in "near new" condition before putting it on the lot: brake job, tune up, oil change, wiper blades, tire rotation and balance, the list goes on... Most shifty dealers simply detail the vehicle, spritz some new car smell, then put it on the lot. They don't even change the oil. But Victory really did put a lot of work into it, not to mention an honest inspection, before selling it. I basically drove out of there with the equivalent of a new truck for a fraction of the price, and from a dealer no less!! Ask for Steve Lagrant!
