DO NOT USE OR TRUST BUDGET PLUMBING HEATING AND AIR! Colt Plotke and Brian Calfee basically…read morehustled me to get my plumbing job...a pretty major job for a home owner. Ripping out my sewer lines and replacing them to my septic. Call me crazy, but when you have sewer lines replaced outside, one would think that would include actually burying them. The gist is, I own a cabin that I rent on Airbnb. I don't live in the area, but my parents do. However, they both had Covid pneumonia and weren't able to be there for the work to really monitor what was going on. Colt asked that I just trust them, have some faith. I stupidly chose to do just that. Even after explaining to them that I was a single mom on a pretty strapped budget and that $5k was literally everything from my savings, they still did this. Unfortunately, I had a renter coming to stay at the Airbnb, and had to have the job completed before they arrived, so I was on a bit of a time crunch. They quoted me a price between $5-7k to do the job. I told them my cap was $5k, and if the job would be any higher than that, I'd need to continue shopping around. They took the job, and said they would do it for $5k. That is on the contract we signed. I had a great conversation with the both of them, Brian and Colt both assured me they would leave me 100% satisfied, would guarantee their work, would give me a price breakdown of where the money was going. I got none of that. Instead, what I got were excuses as to why they couldn't give me a breakdown of cost for labor, parts, and the use of machinery. I also got the pipe they replaced left, rather than being taken as trash, and now have to find a way to dispose of. I also got pipes that are literally sitting above the ground. Just waiting to freeze, because instead of burying them, they covered them with pea gravel, which the rain promptly washed away two days later. When my dad went to check, everything was sitting exposed. I contacted Colt, as he is the owner. I sent him pictures and a video of how it looked. My driveway was caved in from not being filled properly on the part that was covered. They took about 3 ft off my driveway, by placing a clean out where it will be in the way of anyone pulling in. And of course, the 75-100ft of pipe that was sitting above ground and exposed. He proceeded to tell me I'd have to hire a landscaper to come bring in dirt and more gravel to cover (even tho gravel was supposed to be part of my contract). He had Brian call me (he refused to call me back) and Brian did a lot of yelling at me, then hung up on me. I texted Colt multiple times, only to be ignored. I asked him today if my work is still guaranteed if the pipes freeze and bust as a result of him not having them buried, and extended one last olive branch to try to get them to finish the job they started, and his response was to stop texting him. He referred to him having a contract with Deer Lake golf courses in his pitch to get me to go with them. I asked if they or any of their other customers would be happy with having their sewer lines left above ground. I have never dealt with more unprofessional, scam artists. I have pictures and the contract I'd be happy to share with anyone considering using this company so you can see what you'd be getting yourself into. Please beware of their ethics if you choose to go with them.

He had a tough clog to undo, but persisted until the clog was cleared. He was almost to the road. We're pretty sure that roots have grown into the sewer line, but my water is flowing freely again and I'm super grateful for that. He even cleaned up the area and my floor when he was done. He kept in touch with me throughout the day, letting me know that the out of town job was taking longer than expected. He arrived at my house after normal business hours, and had my problem diagnosed and fixed in about an hour. I called them on a Friday because my usual AC company left me hanging without help after being told…read morethey would contact me. They came out figured out what the problem was. Ordered the parts needed and in the mean time they were at least able to get the unit somewhat working while the new part came in. The part came in and they came right away to get it installed. The two guys were extremely friendly and new what they were doing. Also they took the time to help us figure out how to set our units up on a phone to control the heat from our phones. Once again the previous AC company told us we would have to pay for an app to due this and that was not the case. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

It was that time again for septic to be cleaned so that no problems were had. Fortunately, Curtis found a crack at the top of our septic that was allowing groundwater in resulting in a higher than normal tank, which could not continue. Rather than deal with a bigger issue down the road we opted to have Austin's repair our septic and install a better manhole cover that would stop the issue from occurring. we were able to get an appointment rapidly to get the matter resolved and hopefully the next time we see Austin's everything will be A-OK.

There is nothing legit about this company. I contacted them about renovation work on a house I…read morebought. Eric came to the house, and was very agreeable, and I thought I liked him for the job. He came up with a bid, and we agreed to go forward. The total bid was around $15,000. I had to pay him $9,000 to "secure myself as the next job he did". He gave me a rough estimate of when he could start. Within that time, I had a series of bad luck, and was forced to sell the house. I called him and explained my situation. At first he said he would give me a complete refund, but later that day he sent me a long text about being a Godly man, and being that, he couldn't give me a refund. After texting with him some more, he agreed to refund me $5,300. I only ever got $4,500 back from him. I'm guessing it was all he had left of my money, because he's borrowing from Peter, to pay Paul. I am now debating small claims court for my remaining money. All in all, I knew this guy for a month. Don't waste your money, time, and hopes on this guy.

I was seeking an experienced electrician to help me make sense why my 3 smart switches that…read moresuddenly weren't working. PowerVision was the first to respond, and quickly at that. So, I scheduled an appointment. Very friendly demeanor, and courteous son I would come to find out. Yet he never offered to truly rectify points cited below: He shows up with his young teenager (who largely ran to turn off/on eletrical breaker. Son did manage rewiring combinations in attic). The father then spent five hours at house trying every possible wire combination in three-gang box - arcing my $60 smart switch two times within minutes, then another $60 smart switch minutes later. The blowout from one ark left a black spot stained on my wall by the gang box (They attempted to wipe stain, which didn't work. I admitted I had no paint for that color - I recently found a similar one). In their effort to make sense of the three switch wiring - trips to attic ensued, as previously mentioned. The collapsable ladder they used had a joint not lock into place, so when father initially climbed up, the top of his ladder leaning on wall shifted. This rubbed paint off my wall. I assumed this was an innocent accident but later I doubted my initial forgiving thought - for once that step locked, they had to remove their belt strapped, foot-long (Crocodile Dundee) knife to prod inside ladder to cause it to unlock, so ladder could collapse. In the end he couldn't figure it out. I offered placing dumb switches in place just to put an end to the endeavor. He tied the copper loops counter-clockwise to the screws on the switches. - $120 in lost value for two Lutron switches - Five hours for what should've been quick (charged for two hours). Didn't truly remedy cause for visit - Broken tool used - I had to repaint worked-on areas - Clearly not a real electrician Had I had more sense, I should have asked for his insurance paperwork and city license. The more time has past since service call, the more frustrated I get thinking about it.

we had a metal garage roof, the numerous screws, were leaking causing damage, to wood trusses…read moreunderneath, from original shoddy, construction, , , called evan, and he came out, and , checked every screw, on the roof as i asked him, and, then sealed , replaced any that were done wrong ect, and sealed every screw up there, as i asked him to do, with, thick, coating of lexal, clear caulk, , to prevent this from happening, , peace of mind for long time, also he powerwashed the metal roof first, , gently, to , make it safe, to walk and work on no. 1, and so that, screws would get a proper seal, and , came back, , several times , , to , inspect, and , reapply, as needed. , no more leaks, and knowing all is sealed well with lexal, , now i can go in later and , , do small wood repairs., , he has many years of construction experience, besides electrical, and very reasonably priced, will definitley, be needing his help again, on several projects, , in the future, so glad , i found him, angel.
