My first and only appointment with Dr Weaver was horrific. He shows no compassion, speaks…read morenegatively about other pain practitioners in the area and did not bother to explore the actual decompensation of my spine. He is very disrespectful and I would not recommend him to do yard work, never mind treat my significant back and joint problems. Stay away from this "doctor" at all costs!

Don't do it!!!! If you are in pain to the point you need pain specialists , you are already in a…read moredifferent headspace. This place is one of if not the most unprofessional, inconsiderate and unhelpful places I have ever had to deal with and mind you I'm not the patient but a family member. There is always one or two that is/are kind usually support staff. My main grievance is the PA Candice. She is hateful, rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate to name a few. She speaks ugly to patients not just my family member and threatens their care when other doctors try to pick up where this office lacks i.e. improving the quality of care of the patient. This is an ongoing theme in the waiting area/ parking lot among patients who feel stuck to keep from being flagged for drug seeking behaviors by switching or whose insurance would make it difficult to switch. Furthermore, if you require a wheelchair to move around, please show up with one as they remove at will theirs if they have them. Also, make sure you are able to move the chair on your own or have someone with you that can or you will likely not be seen. It is this office's policy/stance that it not a part of your care to be pushed to the back or out in a wheelchair. Save yourself or family member the frustration or stress of having to deal with the antics seen here in an already difficult period of their lives. I implore you to seek care elsewhere from the start. I wish I could give a half star.

Beware. They advertise a free consultation but then make you sign a form saying if you proceed…read morewith an exam you will pay a fee. So then what is the free consultation? They billed my insurance then sent me a bill for xrays and my copay. I told the doctor that i already had xrays done but he said he needed to do more. Not a reputable business in my opinion. Just a way to get money from me and the insurance company. STAY AWAY!!!

Rising Integrated Scam-care of the Day !…read more In February 2021 I went to Urgent Care to cross check on some health pain concern I had. Prior I got blood drawn from my right arm and next morning experienced burning traveling pain from area blood was drawn in all directions including pain needles and feeling of something is wrong. I was told that time will help me. I had done research and located " Rising Bla Bla Healthcare" if You can even call that scam that. I made a call and was scheduled appointment. Upon arrival I saw few chairs with Electromagnetic simulators pretty much that You can get at any Walmart, CVS or Walgreens to help yourself by doing it at home. I already had one by Equite that I paid only $ 24 at Walmart and that included soles for foot therapy. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Equate-TENS-EMS-Pain-Therapy-Easy-Safe-Effective-Pain-Relief/649993248. Any way I was in pain and I needed something to help me. I filled excessive paperwork fully providing all details including full info of my Blue Cross Blue Shield "Blue Advantage" Health plan. The card was given to them to make sure I will be covered and they were in network providers. Upon brief consultation with "doctor" I was told to start therapy. They told that they will get my medical records transfer to kind of see if this therapy will help. When I arrived on a day of Therapy I asked doctor if he got my detailed records. His words were You don't have blood clot so You can start. So I decided to postpone therapy for hand since to me it is more like trauma based and told that sensitive sometimes neuropathy feel feet can be in a therapy instead of arm. They sent me on a EMS chair and added few tiny infused in my feet vitamin complex with 4 different areas. I was told I need 26 sessions like 2 times per week and already preschedule me to the next session assuring me that Insurance will provide copays. I decided to ask more details because they remove the page with financial info and squared cost outlined... That page vanished into the thin air as well. The Woman that kind of run that place had 2 inch plastic huge nails in a very bright pink color that she articulated and was pushy into my face which was quite unprofessional and left a poor impression on me. Any way I was suddenly asked to pay $ 180 before I leave. Usually it is done in a billing manner with my type of Insurance agreement and my prior experiences. I told that this amount is quite above of my expectation and I was under impression for visit as $ 20 copay. Then I asked how much those 26 session cost. I was told that its 11K but as insured person the price would be about 6K. I almost got heart attack. Any way They wrote me that my deductible toward this program would be $ 2,779 and I told that my deductible was $ 800 but they assured me that toward procedures it is correct number. I was told that Blue Cross Blue Shies will cover all remain balance after I spend with them that $ 2,779 and remaining $ 3K will be taking care of. After that I called BCBS and was told that that office is not registered by agreement for any type of procedures other than $ 20 copay for pretend to be a doctor visit. They run LLC under one name and peddling those experimental rip off therapies as out of network LLCs. They have 18 month to bill and have right to send bill in $6K after pretty much 1.5 year. So in this case they made me believe that max out IS $ 2800 but I would be slapped in a face as $ 6K since BCBS would deny any associated legal contract or coverage. The BCBS warned me that since I placed my initials that they can go after full payment even if I did not do any sessions and come back to this fraud for profit office. BCBS got mad at me and told that all they said was a fraud to make me ok it.I was told always obtain any decoded procedure that consists of 4 letters and numbers and call BCBS since this type of scam is very common and not regulated or hard to prove later on. I believe I was trying to get ripped of in grand amount of $ 6K...WOO HOO USA IS A LAND OF LEGAL SCAMMERS AND LEGALLY BEING SCAMMED !
