I had to reach out myself and find out and was told someone would contact me (no one ever did). I was also told that it would be $125 for every half hour of work and my appointment did not exceed this time. I was then told in my appointment that was not the way they billed. My husband is a Type A planner and his need to plan and research went too far this time. He was still in the research phase of finding a CPA with only three weeks to go until the annual deadline. Lucky for us this office was able to fit us in for an appointment the same week my husband called. We met with Larry for an hour and went over all of the information that would be needed for our filing. He was very friendly and gave us the confidence we were missing at the chain tax preparation company. Our documents were ready for signatures in less than a week.
