Unless the bartender has medical experience and equipment, I disagree with her, and this could cause them to get into trouble in case of a medical emergency; medical attention would be delayed when an untrained bartender is the one to assess first.

The hubby stuck to whiskey sours and loved them (they will make them with or without egg whites). For my last cocktail I just did an old fashioned with house bourbon and it was wonderful. They really made a balanced cocktail (not too sweet, just a hint of orange and bitters). Comfy barstools, friendly staff and big windows to people watch on the street. I asked for more rinds to go with my chili. I received 4, yes 4 on a plate. The pork had so much fat on it, I was having to cut it off with a knife before I could eat it. The bill came, I was totally shocked, I was charged $4.00 for the 4 pork rinds that were brought to me on a plate. I wasn't told there was an extra charge for more crackles. I was upset that the waitress, never said there was an extra charge, charging a $1.00 per pork rind is ridiculous. I was NOT impressed to say the least. We drove from Colorado Springs, I won't be coming back. I make better chili, no fat, just great flavor.
