George was very patient with us and completely professional through the whole process (including dealing with the interference from the parents and in-laws). Having lived in the (100+ year) house for 10 years without doing much maintenance, the place need a complete overhaul to sell. George recommended some great people who were much less expensive than others we quoted. Through his people we got about $10,000 worth of work (new paint, door replacements, redone wood floors and wood repair, duct replacements, sump pump installation, staging, for $6K. George was hands-on throughout the renovation and staging. He was also our buyer's agent on the new house and helped us deal with an awful seller's agent.
