We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. Once we submitted a drawing of the top to be produced it took 4 days to have the finished countertop ready. It was small and the shop guys loaded it in the pickup for us. The process of getting there was painful in terms of communication and steering, but at least the shiny new bathroom they initially delivered was not bad. However, in September 2025 the shower tiles started popping out of the floor. I texted them and they had to come in and replace it. Okay maybe it was a one-off. But then less than a year later, by April 2026 the *replaced* tiles started popping out again. I tried dealing with it myself with tile glue, but other tiles kept popping out. I texted them again in August, and this time they said that they stand behind their work for only one year from the original project date, and I need to pay $1200 if I want them to fix it. Notice that it hasn't been 1 year even from the replacement date. It's really not worth it. Go with the slightly more expensive contractor they will do the job right once and for all.

Terrible quality, terrible coordination with our general contractor…read more We selected T-Square to build cabinets for our remodel after a discussion with the owner assuring us he had experience designing and building the type of laminated modern design we were looking for. Our big mistake was not asking for, and reviewing past work! Cabinets had issues with install such as interference with known adjacent door trim and ill fit into known cabinet space. Design and build of cabinets was very poor, with issues such as inconsistent door gaps and door faces, "racetrack" shelf brackets used vs drilling holes in side frames, inconstant toe kick heights, glass doors being installed with different surfaces out and in, doors that open by themselves, scrap 2x4s used as bracing inside cabinets, etc etc . The result is, after 5 years, our frustration of living with our poor decision daily has resulted in removal and replacement of the kitchen and the cabinets are on their way to Habitat for Humanity. Perhaps they will find a use in someone's garage, and T-Square will remove our project as one of his successful designs from his website.

Honestly, I do not understand why someone would try to fit prefab cabs from somewhere else into their kitchen when they can just call Duane. I usually take a 1/4" plan to our meetings and work through the kitchen and bath cabinets with him... and we have never had a misunderstanding about what goes where. After meeting with him at a project, I leave knowing that the cabs and built-ins are handled. His website says, "If it's made of wood, he can build it." You are going to touch it every day, you are going to put things on top of it and inside of it, it will become a part of your life... why not get someone who has been handling a lot of wood for 31 years to take care of you... to do it right. His website is fine, but I don't think it showcases his skills as well as it could. Sure wish the people were friendlier and cared more about helping the customer. Oh well that's kind of the way the world is these days! I bought a good amount of merchandise but something i took home did not work and had to return it. This return didn't work in my favor, turns out the customer is not as important as that extra dollar even if you are the one inconvenienced.
