They removed the old units, installed the new ones, and showed me how to use them. We are highly impressed with A1 Maytag Home Appliance Center, their inventory of high-demand appliances, and their superb customer service. We do not expect to need new washers or dryers for a very long time, but A1 will be our first stop for any other appliance needs in the future.

The Samsung slide-in convection oven/air fryer and stovetop fit like a glove and is a huge improvement compared with the basic GE Free Standing oven installed by the builder. Dalton, the installer, removed the existing overhead GE microwave/exhaust and opened the new Samsung purchased from COSTCO. Unfortunately, the new unit was damaged in shipping as Dalton did a visual inspection of the new unit. He took pictures of the damage and will send them to COSTCO so COSTCO can pick up the damaged unit and replace it. Dalton, re-installed the old GE unit so we still have a functioning MW oven until this project is completed. Disappointed in the delay, but offer the following two observations: 1) Hays Appliance Installations are busy. They got here at 1:00 pm, Dalton indicated he had installed 7 units before he got to our house. The damage to the unit is due to shipping and handling along the supply chain. Dalton suggested that we install the old unit without me having to ask. 2) This is our first experience buying appliances from COSTCO or any "Big Box" store. We saved over $600 on the price of the Samsung oven and the process for ordering, shipping, delivery, and installation went surprisingly well. In fact, the delivery arrived nearly 10 days ahead of the original estimated date at the time of ordering online. Hays Appliance Installations could improve response time for answering messages, but the quality of their service outweighs that minor inconvenience.
