Had a 1 Year review of a triple A, with new doctor at Multi-care the ultrasound showed no triple A, so new doctor asked for a cat scan just has a pre caution again the cat scan show no evidence of a triple A. My question is why.... a triple A does not heal themselves....they must have surgery to correct the problem..... before the inevitable.

Our long-term family doctor quit to go play golf in Arizona. Our daughter called on doctors for a medication she represented. A high-quality vitamin needed by certain patients. She met Dr. Birlenbach when she called on him. She contacted us and told us to make an appointment as she felt he was much like our past family Dr. He has very carefully overseen our medical conditions from the various male and female related situations experienced in our 40's and 50's to our now more concerning medical problems affecting us in our late 80's (cancer and heart). He makes sure we go to a valuable specialist for cancer, heart, urology, and kidney situations we have experienced. He also performs in-house tests he can do to keep us from waiting months. This is a busy office, but you only must wait a day or two to see him -- not four months like all the specialists. So, I read one negative person complained because she had to wait for a copy of test results. I suspect the entire time she was waiting, Brenda, his long-term receptionist was constantly answering the phone, trying to get the copy, and one of the nurses came forward to help Brenda get the copy for her. I own a business and have been in this situation myself. Our client base runs in the hundreds and it can be quiet for a few minutes but just as you get up to make a copy it seems like everyone in Pierce County is calling our office. Patience is a virtue.

I came across Dr. Stonesifer's office and decided to give it a whirl. He was booked up for months so I saw Marjorie Sladek instead for my first appointment. She sat down with me and I told her my concerns with my other doctor and how I felt like he didn't care about me or my condition. This woman talked with me for 40 MINUTES!!!!! She answered every single question I could come up with! After talking with her she wanted to test me for an array of things. I told her I wanted to be tested for everything under the sun, and that's what I did! I got my results back and learned so many things that my previous doctor never tested for. I am so grateful I found this place!! I now have answers to the way I have been feeling for YEARS! She is the best!! A diagnostic mammogram and biopsy need to be done. Orders failed to go through. I was calling based on the order copies. I was finally able to verify an order was received for my mammogram, but it was for a standard scan. I had to reschedule and they were going to work with his office to get the correct order. I got a call from the imaging location that he cancelled my appointment without notifying me. They were concerned as this is all necessary. His office lied to me about why and didn't even acknowledge that they hadn't spoken to me about a change. Neither Dr. Wright (Wrong in my book) or his office can be trusted to prioritize your health.

Last week February 2025, I get a lab bill from a company I never heard of, for my 2023 procedure and the labs associated with it. The statement claimed they have no insurance on file for me so they are now sending me a bill. (my insurance information should have been provided by the Dr office at the time of the procedure) I contacted Dr Wrights office 3 times, requesting they forward my insurance information they have on file to their vendor as it was their responsibility to provide their Contract Vendor all the correct information about me, in order to provide services. After the third request they tell me is my responsibility to work with a company I do not have a contract with. Dr Wright is GREAT - but if you have to work with his staff or billing department GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. When I left the office after my procedure I received no discharge instructions, when my husband called they gave him the run around. NOPE Not a patient friendly office. The intake nurse was also Rude.
