I never leave reviews about companies however I feel today's experience deserves a review. Stay with me! I went to McDaniels on Saturday looking for a very specific truck they had posted. Unfortunately, it had sold but they said they could get a similar truck on trade. In my head I was yeah right whatever that's what they always say. To my surprise by Monday afternoon, they had found a similar truck and were willing to bring it to Marion. I said OK sounds good, by Tuesday afternoon they said they have the truck sent me the VIN and it would be there on Wednesday. I said i will be there Wednesday afternoon. To my surprise by 2:00pm on Wednesday they had the truck we negotiated the trade and I had bought a new 2026 GMC Sierra SLE X31 TRUCK. That's the sales side. I could not be happier than the way I was treated no high-pressure sales just let's find you a truck. No poker face I was so happy with the truck. The next step finance I met a great gentleman named Bryson he went over the numbers. Obvisilouly his job is to get me financed and sell me the warranty the paint protection and the secondary accessory warranty. I was dead set on no extended warranty but then he hits me with something I didn't think about. It made me think maybe I should get the warranty. Side note recently my son had wish we had a warranty because we spent so much on repair. Someone told me a new truck as more computer's technology built into them than the space shuttles of the 80'and 90's. The peace of mind to know I am covered for repairs for the life of the loan and a mileage that will take me 10 years hit. I can't say enough of my experience compared to some other dealers. read more

Not an actual customer but am very disappointed with service and delivery. My girlfriends car needed a part and service with alignment. Had to go there 3-4 times with no resolution. If they are waiting for part via usps, FedEx or other. Wouldn't they know when to schedule a good time for actual installment and resolve. Of course if you sit there for hours and drive back and forth for nothing _and I mean nothing. 1 star.​ read more

Took my truck in for a little warranty repair. They let me use a very nice loaner car while they worked on my truck. I cannot say enough good things about the folks in the service department. They went out of their way to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. The service tech stopped what he was doing to check tire pressure and recalibrate the TPMS on my truck before I left. These guys and gals will definitely take good care of you. read more

Amazing customer service!! This is the first time I have written a review about a car dealership I did not purchase a vehicle from... I will explain why in a moment, but I feel compelled to let everyone know of stellar customer service by two individuals in particular- Brad Sayre and Enrique Pulido at McDaniel GM Superstore. This dealership offers stellar customer service. Everyone from the time you call is professional and informative. Texts and phone calls are promptly returned. Questions and concerns are thoughtfully discussed. I initially had a heartfelt reaction to a car I saw on their website, and ended up realizing the cost of trying to relive my younger days was not fiscally prudent. These guys walked me through every step, and remained determined to work with me every step of the way. Kudos to the team at McDaniel GM Superstore, especially Brad Sayre and Enrique Pulido. What a wonderful team. I don't know what the secret recipe is at this car dealer, but I am going to drive the 5 hours and only purchase a vehicle from them, when the time comes. Purchased a used vehicle a couple months ago. Was a 2016 in good shape so nothing that old. Unfortunately I should have paid more attention to the "sold as is" sign. Have had to put over $1000 into the vehicle. Literally had a cracked and leaking radiator. Also had an electronic throttle issue after a week or two. Only good experience was I could buy everything online. But got the impression that they know there are issues but they detail the vehicle to make it look pretty so it gets off the lot. read more

Aside from his patience with my unique position as an out-of-state buyer, he also was very attentive and professional. He personally took the time to walk me through all the vehicle options and the set-up of On-Star. Jon was most certainly a car buying facilitator rather than the typical salesman I have dealt with in the past; Thank you. Larry from finance was true to his word in needing only minimal time to finalize the paperwork. Bob picked me up from the airport and took me to the dealership. He was punctual, as I did not have to wait once I arrived at the airport. Bob was not only polite, but very personable and quite friendly. I enjoyed the 45 minute ride to the dealership thanks to Bob. I can only hope that the next car I purchase is in stock at this dealership in the future.
