I arrived and they had the truck waiting out front for me to test drive. While I did that they handled my trade-in which they gave me a fair price for and then the finance paperwork was done quickly. Not only that, they helped me with titling the vehicle in Kentucky where I live. Overall, painless process and I got the exact vehicle I wanted.

Rented a vehicle to get home. Parts Dept. didn't stock part and said it was backordered and no idea when it would be available. I found a dealer in TN that had the part and agreed to UPS it to Marysville. Repair completed OK. Why do I have to track down a part, pay for it and have it shipped? Isn't that the function of a Parts Dept.? Parts Dept. #2 Again in OH from home in TN. Aug.3 took truck in for front end shimmy. Advised needed 4 new shocks. Parts again not in stock and had to special order and pay in advance. Was told 6 days for delivery. Aug. 12 and never heard anything. Called and was told they received 2 of the 4 shocks but had no idea where the other 2 were and would have to do a "deep dive" to find them. Why do I have to call for them to investigate? Aug. 14 was told they would have them on Aug. 17. Time to move on and take our Airstream on the road. Gave up on Coughlin and traded in truck for a new one at Kehl Chevrolet (highly recommended). Aug. 20 still no word so stopped at dealership and was told they now had 3 shocks but no idea where the 4th was or when it would arrive. Told them I had traded in truck and no longer needed the shocks. I offered to pay a reasonable re-stocking fee but was turned down flat,. "They're yours, we can't use them" which seems strange since they are obviously in demand since they can't get them. They now expect me to hang around OH and wait for the mysterious 4th shock. BUYER BEWARE!

When on site for estimate it was timely and detailed. When they had car for repairs it was only for as long as they had the parts and were planning to work on it. The work itself was great as well, a month later and no complaints at all. Def recommend for body work.

Bryce Hensley done the initial estimate approx. 2 weeks later, got the left side damage, but, missed the front end damage that was in the accident report. First estimate approx. $6300. Bryce stated he needed to communicate with customers better, and would call every couple of weeks to update. 3 1/2 weeks after initial estimate, I called for updates, Bryce stated waiting on parts. I restated the front end was part of the claim, ha stated he would get it taken care of. As I helped in a body shop previously, I spent 3-4 hours looking on line for the parts myself, and questioned GM why they wer enot supporting their products/loyal customers/dealers, which they in turn contacted Bryce, which made him upset. I also talked to State Farm to see what my options were, in case the parts issues drug on, which, State Farm put me on hold, contacted Bryce, which upset him even more. 6 weeks after he does the initial estimate, he finally includes the front end damage,as well as, redoes thr original left side damage, changing things from repair status to replacement status along with replacing all components related to that part, adding other unnecessary parts, to drive the estimate to a total loss situation. Would not recommend this body shop for anything, as, if you aren't part of their network, your treatment as a customer is not a pleasant one. Bryce actually done me a favor though, as, vehicle was starting to have issues, and, I will now be shopping for foreign related vehicles, and getting away from the "good ole boy" type of American based auto dealers. Also, State Farm stated that most reviews they found about this dealer were good. You should never blow off the bad reviews. Just because most reviews are good, doesn't mean that what happened in the bad reviews didn't happen.
