How can they handle patient records, processing insurance or customer care when they can't even handle making you an appointment? Steer clear of this place... I can't get over how atrociously unprofessional this place is. I have attempted to make an appointment since June 2019. I filled out the online new patient form, have left voicemails, called this morning to leave another voicemail but their inbox was full. One of my children went through 3 different therapists in 6 months & I myself saw the Dr in charge there & every single time I left feeling worse & more confused. There are roaches in the therapy room. They also don't list on their website that it's a majority of graduate students seeing patients, which is fine, a lot of the grad students care more than people who have gotten their licenses and stopped caring. But it should still be stated that you'll likely be seen by a student therapist. There are no licensed clinicians except for the owner's son (Dr. Ian, I think), which I really odd for a family to own a clinic together. Seems like some ethical standards are being broken, surely you can't expect them to remain impartial, nepotism is going to happen when you work with loved ones. Also, why would you want to work with your family? There's just not a lot of diversity with the staff, no one there speaks Spanish. It's required by law for them to have a translator or a Spanish-speaking therapist. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere before you regress.

SINGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I had a Zoom appointment on 5/27/26 with Karambir Singh, PA at Mind Divers in Tulare, CA (NPI #1215404140) and it was honestly one of the worst mental health appointments I have ever experienced. The appointment lasted only about 15 minutes, yet within that short amount of time he was already telling me I was misdiagnosed with ASD/ADHD and that what I was experiencing was just depression and anxiety. This was without reviewing my psychological evaluation report, without reviewing prior records and without even fully hearing my history. What made the situation worse was that it became obvious he had not even read the detailed intake questions and answers I completed before the appointment. I had spent time filling everything out thoroughly to help the provider understand my background, symptoms, struggles and history, yet during the appointment it felt like he knew almost nothing about what I had already submitted. He did ask about my prescription history, but because I have had years of treatment and multiple medications, I explained that I could send him a detailed medication report so he could accurately review everything instead of relying on memory alone. He did not want it. Neither did he ask for my psychological report for my diagnosis. As I tried explaining myself, I felt interrupted, talked over, dismissed and judged throughout the appointment. Instead of trying to understand me as a patient, it felt like assumptions were being made within minutes of meeting me. Toward the end of the appointment, I asked him what he specialized in and even asked for his name because the appointment had become so uncomfortable. Instead of professionally answering, I was told I could "do my own research." I have been in therapy and mental health treatment for many years and have gone through formal evaluations. I understand not every provider is the right fit, but this experience felt cold, rushed, dismissive and careless from beginning to end. This is my personal experience and opinion, but I would not recommend this provider to autistic, ADHD, or neurodivergent patients looking for someone who takes time to listen before making conclusions.
