Not only is she…read moreprofessional, knowledgeable, and skilled, it is evident how passionate she is about helping others feel beautiful in their skin. I leave ABLC feeling refreshed, relaxed, and confident without makeup. I have had many different facials in Southern California after living there for 8 years and nothing compares to the quality Ashley provides. Adding brow lamination to my treatment really takes it to the next level though. Ashley is a brow wizard and I always receive countless compliments on my brows for weeks after my visit to ABLC. I can't imagine going anywhere else for facials and brows now.

Front desk personnel is another story. Not everyone is super sugary sweet friendly. Front desk receptionist told my provider I was there 15 minutes after I have been waiting. I called ahead of time & she told me if you can get here before 12:30pm (her lunch) I can see you. I arrived at 12:20pm, i noticed the receptionist told her I was there at 12:35pm. Hmmm giving me the appearance that I was late which I was not. I didn't make a big deal about it or verbalize it because she was checking customers in & out, but you would think notifying staff when a customer/client has arrived would be priority. Anyhoo, I noticed in large Font, a sign in front of the Revision product line read 20% off on Revision Skincare. Well there's small font language underneath that I could not read from my side of the counter & that large 20% discount reads 'only if a customer brings in a toy for Toys for Tots.' Dang I didn't bring a toy so no discount for me. I don't know when I'll be back so I decided to buy the tinted moisturizing sunscreen that I use to buy at the other medSpa in town. I also saw the cutest makeup bag holding 3 Revision products & it's frustrating how prices aren't listed or tagged on the product. That bag with small size products was quoted to me for $175. Yah, not worth the investment IMO. As I look at all the Revision products, none has sticker prices on them. I know they don't come that way, but I've seen this product at other MedSpas & they manually mark the boxes with the price so you're not constantly asking staff "How much is this? And this? What about this one?' Only staff can see the price on their screen like it's some big secret. Not very transparent in my opinion. A different price can be quoted to someone else & there's no recourse because a price list for each product is NOT visible for all to see. Look at the pics if this is something for you. Remember skincare is an investment & one should protect that investment. Do your best to shop around I noticed & read their recent reviews in the last 6mos. Some were great, some not that good & some give the appearance as if they were written so the 1 or 2 stars wouldn't be the first reviews you read. I see one fellow Yelp Eliter put in her review, so thank you, but the rest of the reviews well there's no profile pic & their review activity is few & far in between. You decide.

I watched staff for 4 hours on day one and they would come in and check her vitals and leave but never emptied out her full catheter bag nor offer her water. I finally ended up emptying out the bag at hour 2 and asked the next nurse how often are they supposed to empty it out and she told me "oh just push the call button and we will come". So I guess it's not part of their patient care to check catheter bags unless patient requests for it to be emptied out. Day 2 still in 3South, I came in and her IV machine was beeping and it can be heard in the hallway. It took a nurse an 45 minutes to come and check the IV machine which was not pushing her fluids. Day 3 still in 3South, my mom calls me to tell me she hit her call button and had been waiting about 10 minutes to get help to use restroom but no one came and she ended up soiling herself. I HAD to call to get a CNA to go check on her and that still took another 10 minutes. When the CNA finally comes into the room, she asks my mom "Do you want something to clean yourself?". Ummm, hello she couldn't get up on her own to use the restroom so you think she can clean herself?? Really?? By far the worst care I've seen so far offered by this hospital. I do want to say I am giving it a 3 star as she had a wonderful RN and CNA at night who took really good care of her and my mother made sure to tell me how well they took care of her. Seems like the lack of care is on the day shifts.

I have been seeing Noah Sarr the whole time. I have never had a more caring FNP in my life. This man has taken me through one of the worst times in my health. He spent time listening to my symptoms and figure out what I have and get me the care and specialist that I require. I have the highest respect for him. I have had him work with my specialist. He goes above and beyond. I have also had Dr Holvik call me in for an emergency on my blood work, which Noah had already taken care of, but it was wonderful to know that Dr Holvik is keeping track of things in the back ground. I will continue to go to HFHCC because if feel the care I receive it the best.

Yelp Review for Dr. William Hovick's Office…read more **1/5 Stars** If you're looking for a doctor who actually listens, cares, and follows basic medical protocols, **this is NOT the place for you.** When I first visited this office, I was dealing with **severe, cyclical inflammation and pain** that left me **debilitated for two weeks every month.** I was actively seeking answers and relief, but instead of being seen by **Dr. William Hovick himself**, I was assigned a **nurse practitioner** who, to put it bluntly, seemed more like a **part-time clown than a medical professional.** After explaining my symptoms in detail, his response? **"Boy, you have a lot wrong with you."** - Really? That's the kind of dismissive, unhelpful comment you'd expect from someone completely unqualified--not from someone responsible for patient care. Despite my **clear and serious symptoms**, his only "insight" was that I was just **"getting old."** No real investigation, no concern, just an outright refusal to acknowledge that something was seriously wrong. Then, after **handing me a sample of Voquezna (a new stomach medication at the time), they FAILED to record it in my medical file.** Could you imagine if I had an allergic reaction and they had no record of what they gave me? That's basic medical malpractice right there. For **two years**, I **begged** for a referral to a specialist. They dragged their feet, ignored my concerns, and only after persistent pushing did I **finally** get referred. Now, under a specialist's care, I'm on **Celebrex and Sulfasalazine, and my pain levels are significantly improved.** So much for it being "just old age," huh? **Fast forward to today**--I was **8 minutes late** to an appointment due to road construction **right in front of their office** (which they should be aware of), and they **acted pleased to tell me that the "doctor" had already left.** Clearly, they **prioritize rigid scheduling over actual patient care.** ### **Bottom Line:** **This office is a perfect example of everything wrong with the healthcare system.** **They don't take patient concerns seriously, they fail at basic record-keeping, and they act dismissive instead of diagnosing real conditions.** **If you actually care about your health, find a doctor who does too.** **Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored, belittled, and misdiagnosed.**

The first lie was that he couldn't give me certain medications that would help my pain due to the fact that I'm type 2 diabetic. He just gave me Tylenol and ibuprofen, also biofreeze. The second lie was that my insurance company through my work hadn't reached out for the x-ray, CT, MRI or PT. It took a WEEK of going back and forth to his office for him to tell me I had to go to the ER to get a CT scan. The reason was, because when he told my wife and i "he was still waiting on the insurance company to get back to him to approve it", my wife and I had just gotten off the phone with the insurance claims person who had said those have been approved for "several days." That they were just waiting for him to get it done. When my wife confronted him about this, his jaw dropped and he said "why are they lying" and tried to blame it on the company. Which is funny, cause after my wife said that, he was able to "finally" get the x-ray done. He said that "his hands were tied and that he's done everything he could legally, i.e. giving me Tylenol and ibuprofen, putting me on several work restrictions but not fully taking me off" was all he could do, that if he did anymore it would be his job on the line. But if it was any other place like "family healthcare" he could give me everything i needed. But for the CT scan and MRI, he told me to go to the ER" to get it done, because if I waited on my insurance to take care of it, i would've been waiting for at least 4 to 6 weeks. So off to the ER we went, That was another 5 hour wait in the emergency waiting room to get a CT scan done. When asked by the ER nurse why I haven't taken anything for the pain, other than Tylenol and ibuprofen, she offered the same medication he told me he couldn't give to me". We explained what he had told me the first day i saw him and she looked confused. She said she's never heard of that before, She even asked the doctor if a type 2 diabetic couldn't take the medication in question and even he was confused on why this doctor would say such a thing, that hey could've helped me in the first place! They instantly gave me the pain meds and it helped a great deal relieve the non stop pain i had to go through that entire week. I am still facing the struggles and pain of my incident, but i could have been in less pain sooner, if i had not been lied to multiple times by this doctor. Even the ER Nurse said all the running around caused more inflammation in my lower back because the constant movement of going back and forth. Also, when i asked him to give me a few days to rest, he told me: "I'm not going to take you off work, your company is going to have to do that, cause I'm not going to. The ball is in their court." This was by far, THE WORST Experience I've EVER had at any doctors office. Would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this place for ANYTHING! After speaking with my insurance company I found a new doctor thankfully, i have to travel 45 min out to Fresno now, but it's worth it. I will not be seeing this doctor anymore, i give everyone reading this a warning in advance. That you will be lied to, they will not take proper care of you, you will get the run around. This doctor should have his license removed.

His office is a very busy one and there have been times where I've needed to follow-up with his office staff on certain things, such as billing or appointment clarifications. Some of them probably could have been more helpful and professional. However, that's not unlike most medical offices these days. I had my first colonoscopy through Dr. Wu. Everything went very well with that procedure - from the initial appointment where they explained everything thoroughly, then to scheduling and prep, and ultimately all the way through to completion of the process at Kaweah Delta. He and his team were very comprehensive, explaining the results clearly and to my satisfaction. I have since had less invasive follow-up procedures (such as Cologuard) just to ensure that my colon is healthy and his handling of those results were equally thorough and informative. One thing I particularly remember and greatly appreciated was in how Dr. Wu had ordered a standard blood test for me. Given those results, he then shared concern about a couple of other things that were non-colon related - things though that he felt I should get further checked out by other specialists. He was spot-on in his concern, which the others later confirmed through appointments in their offices. I appreciated Dr. Wu's attention to detail and the added concern for my overall well-being as a patient. I'd certainly recommend him without reservation.
