Bugs never truly went away, customer service aint it. It hit a point where my exterminations were telling me about back of house issues and to stop calling for etas or else they are being constantly checked on so then in turn you have poor service cause they are trying to be in and out to get to the next house. Ive been on Medical Leave since October, they have been showing up to my house and trying to talk to me through my fence over NINETY DOLLARS. They tell me every-time they'll leave me alone until Im back on my feet but Im still getting calls, people at my house, and mail all over. The customer service agent "Justin" started to get dismissive and try and get me off the phone when I was trying to get them to stop coming to my house, they are the ones bothering me on a daily basis. Update a day or 2 later: still calling and harassing me, its hit the point Im irritated and they refuse to listen to reason what so ever and instead want to collect on my disability checks. Justin cant do anything but put a "notation on my account" and John the servicer doesnt care what so ever. Hes been reading my messages but is failing to respond upon request.
