On Friday, March 7, 2025, service technician, Michael Nunn came to our home to do the service. I questioned Michael as to what exactly would he be doing, making sure I understood. This is the services Michael told me he would be doing..... 1. Spray and leave granules on outside perimeter 2. Spray or bait around windows and baseboards 3. Bait under kitchen sink, pantry and under bathroom sinks. 4. Remove some receptacles near water to spray, as this helps to eliminate pests before they get into home. 5. Attic.....will leave granules (I have 2 attics, one in garage and one inside home) Michael said inside attic was not necessary. Initially, he did not mention servicing either attic. I let him know when I spoke to Candy to schedule appt. She went over some service areas and said the attics would be dusted. Michael, at this time, replied "he doesn't dust attics", but leaves granules instead. Monday, March 10, 2025 our home was inspected by Marco, supervisor. His findings and conclusions...... 1. NO bait under kitchen sink, pantry 2. NO granules in attic 2. NO bait located anywhere Marco let me know that "we were taken advantage of", basically Michael didn't do his job! I questioned Marco "I wonder how many other customers were taken advantage of by Michael Nunn. You pay for a service, you expect it to be done correctly. Also, what is Michael doing with the pesticide bait and granules that he wrote on the invoice that he used, but actually did not? I was visibly upset knowing that I paid $450 for basically nothing! After repeatedly calling your office, my calls were continually sent to voicemail, and I only received automated text responses instead of speaking with a representative. When someone finally answered the phone, the young woman I spoke with was rude, unprofessional, refused to provide her name, and showed no interest in addressing my concerns or finding a resolution. Before I agreed to sign a contract, I was specifically promised that multiple large bags of topsoil (up to three) would be brought to my property to repair the dead areas of my lawn. That promise was an important factor in my decision to become a customer. Instead, only a small amount of topsoil was brought, and even that was not applied properly to the front yard. I am now being told that adding topsoil is the customer's responsibility, which directly contradicts what I was told before signing the agreement. In addition, the technician who visited my property and his colleague did not document or complete what they had promised. Because nothing was written down, I am now being told that the commitment is not binding. I have even been told that I need to provide video footage from my home's security cameras to prove what was promised. That should not be the customer's responsibility. I requested that a manager come to my property to review the concerns in person, discuss what was promised before the contract was signed, and inspect the condition of my lawn. Rather than working toward a solution, I experienced resistance, aggressive pushback, and a lack of accountability. This entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I became a customer based on the promises that were made before I signed the contract, and I simply expect those promises to be honored. I respectfully request that management contact me, visit my property, review the original commitments made during the sales process, and resolve this matter promptly. I hope Total Pest Solutions will take this complaint seriously, improve its customer service, and honor the commitments that were made to its customers. What they wrote me " Good morning, Sir, I wanted to clarify the situation regarding the bag of topsoil. The bag your technician brought was purchased with his own money as a courtesy. Topsoil is not a product that we stock or provide as part of our lawn service. When topsoil is needed, we typically recommend that the homeowner purchase it from a local store such as Lowe's or Home Depot, and we are happy to spread it during our visit. In this case, your technician was simply trying to help by bringing one bag at his own expense. He also did not charge you an initial service fee for the lawn. We did not cause the damage to your lawn, but we have been doing our best to offer guidance and assistance to help improve the affected areas. If additional topsoil is needed, you are welcome to purchase it, and we can spread it during your service. However, we cannot require our technicians to purchase these materials themselves, as providing topsoil is not part of their responsibilities or our standard service. I apologize for any confusion and appreciate your understanding. And after phone call very disrespectful from young female"
