Horrible place to get pierced. had my smiley changed out by a lady there and she completely ripped and tore my piercing trying to change it, there was so much trauma caused after i left and as soon as i walked out the door, the jewelry she had just put in, fell out, and i was not about to go back in there for her to put it back in. it was the worst pain ever. my helix became so infected and started rejecting due to poor placement and poor quality of jewelry. i got a second opinion on both of my piercings from APP piercers and i had to retire both. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SHOP!!!!!! read more

This rating would have been 5 stars if it had not been for the terrible customer service. On the day of our visit, my friend and I called this shop and asked about the prices to get our nose pierced and do we have to make an appointment. The woman that we spoke to told us that if we just walked in, we could get our nose pierced on the spot. She also told us it would cost $40 (pretty regular price). We asked her about appointments again to make sure and she said the same thing. But just to make sure we told her that we would come at 5. When we arrived at the shop at 5 o'clock and the workers did not speak to us at all. We were confused because usually you greet customers when they walk in but we didn't trip about it. We got to the front desk and told the woman about our nose piercing and she said that we had to wait an hour. We told her that the lady on the phone told us if we came in, we would get it done on the spot and that we also already told her what time we were coming. So she gave us sign in sheets to fill out and she snatched our IDs from us and gave us so much attitude. We assumed since she gave us the sign in sheets and didn't say anything that we were going to get our nose pierced soon. An hour passed and we still haven't got taken care of so I went up to her and asked her what was the hold up and she said we still have to wait 30 minutes. We were confused but we didn't make a big deal out of it. Another hour passed and it was finally time for us to get our nose pierced. We asked her what was the hold up and she said because the man was on break. She gave us an attitude the whole time. But the man who did our piercing was very kind and he did a great job. He gave great tips on how to take care of the piercing and also the process was very sanitary. I just wish that there wasn't so much attitude from the woman at the front desk and I just wish everyone would have spoken to us when we walked in because other than that we had a great time and everything turned out perfectly. read more
