Instead, I ended up sitting and waiting while multiple cars in the drive-thru received their food before I got mine. No one came out to provide an update, explain the delay, or apologize for the wait. What makes this frustrating isn't just the speed--it's the complete lack of communication and customer service. A simple "sorry for the wait" would go a long way. Instead, every visit feels like long delays are just considered normal and customers are expected to accept them. There are plenty of places that make mistakes or get backed up. The difference is that most at least acknowledge it. After repeatedly experiencing the same issue here, I've decided I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
