Everything about my experience was terrible and I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered 5 items for delivery through the app tonight (they send you doordash drivers). We only received 3 of the items, because the Panda Express staff had assured the driver that it was the whole order. The food we DID receive tasted cold and stale. This would've been fine had I not paid $70 for the order. When I called the restaurant to ask what happened, I had the misfortune of talking to Kim. She answered the phone saying "i'll find someone to talk to you" and then kept me on hold for 5 minutes. She then told me that I couldn't be refunded, but instead have a "raincheck" for my food. No way for them to keep track of that but "the staff will just believe you". She then said a slew of so many dumb things that I can't even type all of them. She kept telling me that they were SO busy that she couldn't do anything, and that she wasn't willing to grab her boss to try to refund us then. But she'd "probably try to get him to call me in an hour". This was at 6PM. I just got a phone call from the manager, Bruce, at 11PM. He was able to refund me for everything and was pleasant to interact with. The entire situation was just so ridiculous that I couldn't even comprehend an 11PM call. So overall, I won't be going back. The missing food and quality issues probably could've been forgivable. But I don't want to have to interact with someone that inept and inconsiderate again while feeling like I'm not going to be refunded when a restaurant majorly messes up. I appreciate Bruce but Kim was truly something else. read more

Very welcoming staff, when you walk in, they all yell "Welcome!!". The staff is extremely friendly with every single visit we've had. The service is extremely fast, and the inside is very well kept. We've had some minor instances with this location, but other than that, this is our favorite panda location that we've ever been to. Love the management here, this tall handsome man came up to us asking how our food was tasting, and he also seems to be the one who really keeps this place feeling uplifted! read more

I love Panda Express! The cuisine is good, ambiance is nice, service depends on who's working but tends to be great usually, and best of all it's really one of the healthier fast food options out there which means a lot to me especially when my stomach calls for some quick rice or noodles and a protein that isn't greasily deep fried like most other fast food chains. It's just a shame there's only one location in my area and it's somewhat of a drive across town. read more

Waited... employee runs around being very loud with his fellow employees. Waited... employee 2 ignores everyone in line and ambles around. Waited... one employee finishes helping a family with their order and payment. Waited... the one employee trying to work starts helping the people in front of me. The drive thru employee pushes her out of the way and starts filling an order for the drive thru. Waited.... finally another employee decides to take my order. I start to order and quickly realize there are only chicken dishes available. All the beef dishes are empty. I'm not waiting anymore, so I guess I'm eating chicken 3 ways tonight. Drink selection wasn't much better so I stopped at the circle k for drinks. No sauces for eggrolls. I won't be coming back to this store. It is currently 7:55pm I ordered my food at exactly 7:21pm . Mashantee was the lady that took our order and told us it would be a 10 minute wait for our food it's currently been 30 minutes and I went to ask how much longer and she said that it's still going to be a wait. I see all the workers just standing there not doing anything and customers getting their orders and leaving. I can't say she was being rude but this is very unprofessional. She made me move aside while she helped another customer and told me I still had to wait. This is very frustrating when I was given a certain time frame and sat here for more than double that time. read more

Drove from Peotone, in the pouring rain. Ordered the family meal with (1) orange chicken and (2) walnut shrimp (up charge). Got home and got beef instead of shrimp. Beyond pissed! No one answers the phone or anything. Also waited in the drive through as there is no signage to pick up online order's 'on the table' just inside of the restaurant. I went to this place 3 days ago on November 2, 2021. & they were out of everything that I wanted except for the orange chicken chow mien & chicken fried rice. With an chicken egg roll on the side. When I got home and prepared to eat my food. I noticed that my chicken egg roll was burnt. Which disappointed me right away. Then I tried to eat the rest of my food. & within me taking the first bite of my chow mien, chicken fried rice & last but not least the Orange Chicken. I noticed that the chow mien tasted old. The rice was very dry. & the orange chicken was pasty dry & old. I just couldn't stomach it & I ended up throwing my food away. @ 5:06 pm they should never run out of food to serve. & then feel proud of serving garbage to the rest of the people. I decided to give this location another try since my kids love the orange chicken. However, I'm disappointed yet again. I have always ordered the teriyaki chicken and it came with a cup of teriyaki sauce or recently a packet of sauce. The last 3 times I ordered it, no teriyaki sauce. What is teriyaki chicken without teriyaki sauce? If I didn't want the sauce, I would indicate no sauce! read more

Disappointed in this place. Good location, clean/well-kept, and the staff is friendly but they did not have their whole menu available on (3) separate visits I made within 10 days of each other when I went there. They open daily at 10:30am and when I stopped in at 10:35a, 10:50a, & 11:10a on my 3 visits (respectfully) they only had few dishes prepped/ready to be served (less than half and one day they didn't even have the rice or lo mein noodles ready). I understand that establishments will run out of certain entrees throughout the day and there may be occasional wait times to cook/refill/replace but this wasn't the case here. Simply put .. they were not ready to serve their customers when they open at 10:30am on 3 separate visits. Makes it hard to even think about making a 4th visit. read more

I went to wedding reception right down the street from here and thought I would stop to grab some Panda Express the next morning to start the day off right. Here is the chain of events as the occurred in real time: 10:50 am - Arrived early to find out that they open at 11:00 am. I was with a friend and we were really hankering for Panda, so we decided to wait outside until they opened. 10:58 am - Another group shows up and tries to get in. Doors are locked. 11:02ish am - Manager opens the doors to us and the other group. We walk in and only 1/2 of the food is actually prepared. No fried rice, no orange chicken...many of the bins are not filled. 11:04ish am - A panda worker is sitting in the dining room doing nothing. A line starts to form so she mozys behind the counter to "help out". 11:10 am - We still have not placed our order. The person handling the line is now taking drive through orders (even though we have clearly been waiting since before the doors even opened.) There are 3 girls behind the counter and not one of them acknowledges the fact that we have been waiting an absurd amount of time to place an order. 11: 13 am - We finally get to order, but they are still lacking a number of choices. Since I am limited in selection, I choose orange chicken on steamed rice. The portion size was smaller than normal (especially since we had been waiting.) All in all, this place lacks some serious customer service. They are extremely slow to place and fulfill orders, there is no management whatsoever, and they do not know how to run an efficient restaurant. All of the other reviews of this place are spot on. Wish I would have read them before... Oh, and there was a bone in my chicken. read more

Basing this only on today's visit to the drive-thru. Upon arriving at the order station, I was told to please wait a minute. That minute turned into 3 before someone got back to me to take my order. I placed my order and was told to pull up. I waited for the 3 cars in front of me and when I arrived at the pickup window, the nice employee told me that they Forgot to drop my Beijing beef and that I would be a 6 minute wait. She asked me if that would be OK and I said no, I'll pass. She asked me if I was sure, I said yes and drove away. I know I may only be one lost sale but if this is a continual thing, then they are losing money because of a lack of professionalism. read more

Ordered from here last night on my phone to pick up so I didn't have to wait for it. The online ordering was pretty cool and all the food sounded so good. I settled on the black pepper chicken and chicken with mushrooms, with brown rice and mixed veggies as a side. The portions were perfect for me, the veggies were cooked just right to hold in the crunch, and the flavor was great. I was even given a free drink when I got there to pick it up since it still had another minute or two. I could live off of Chinese food. read more

Always receive fresh food here normally go through drive thru. Never seem to go wrong with the honey walnut shrimp, so delicious. Fried rice is always delicious and seems to be a good low calorie meal for the volume of food. One of my favorite fast food. read more

We stopped at this Panda on the way home from Champaign and it was very clean and well kept, but I have to say the portions were extremely cheap. It's probably better for me that they didn't fill up my plate, but the assistant manger was the one who made my plate and he put a half scoop of lo-mein, literally five pieces of orange chicken and about seven pieces of mandarin chicken. My plate looked as if someone had already ate 1/3rd of it. I had to ask them to put more beef on my mom's beef and broccoli, because there was literally 4 pieces of broccoli and no beef. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful with our questions and gave us some samples to help us decide on our meal selections. They came out to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything else. The food was very tasty and the portion sizes were good. I did notice that they greeted everyone who walked through the doors and wished them a good day on the way out too. read more
