TWO STARS MAY 7 2021- Not consistent with food. Ordered a big mac last week, had to choke it down, it was so dry for lack of special sauce. Ordered a big mac today, so sloppy with sauce, i needed 4 napkins to wipe up. 5 stars for their sweet tea tho! Absolute perfection!! ADDED MAY 8 2021- We go back today for breakfast. If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. This is by FAR the absolute WORST McDonald's in not just albemarle, but on planet EARTH. The past two times I went, I was met with the most careless employees who immediately pulled me up along with multiple other cars right after paying. Both times I waited at least 15-20 minutes for my food. No apologies for the wait or even a pleasant smile, just throwing the food in my window and checking their phone as they walked back inside. Tonight was quit literally my last straw. Every single thing in my bag was TRASH. Fries were raw, chicken nuggets were soggy and gross, burger tasted like it was made four weeks ago and had no toppings even though I asked for everything on it. Every single employee at this place acts like it's a joke, most of them seem high as a kite, and just have no care for customers. Long line, it's supposed to be a FAST food restaurant but they are soooo incredibly slow!!!! Sat in like for close to a half an hour and it was 8:00pm.The girl who took our order was unbelievably rude and was smarting off at the mouth about other customers where you could hear her, she just had the absolute worst attitude ever.
