Service was terrible. My order was never made until I had to go up to the counter 13 minutes after I ordered and bring attention to it. The cashier looked at me like I was CRAZY and took even longer to grab my order which was not even STARTED. And then I got my order and it took 5 more minutes to get my drink! A drink! Five minutes! When I had told her that I was waiting for my drink she said okay and then went about her day without getting my drink. I just wish I would've known my service and business wouldn't be valued here before I paid for my food. It's a shame! read more

First time coming here, wanted to take the family for a small meal. This used to be the cheap option but now it's easy to spend $40 feeding a family of four. Service isn't worth it either since the fries we ordered came out very greasy. There was over a 25 minute wait as well. I did not receive an order of fries nor the bbq sauce in my order.I did not realize till I got home. I then went back to get the missing items and I was basically accused of trying to get free fries and told I had to pay for condiments which should have been given to other my order. This place was awful. This new generation just completely misses the mark on what it means to be a hardworking person and I am so tired of hearing them talk about their personal business, cursing, and just plain rudeness and boundaries issues while on the clock. The manager was openly discussing her personal business while another one of her crew members stood right in front of me at my table while I was trying to eat and didn't even bother to step to the side when she realized she was invading my personal space. When I worked at a fast food restaurant to pay for college, I had respect for my job and worked hard and took pride in what I was doing. This is a brand new McDonalds. It replaced an aging structure (like when they tore down Comiskey Park). Anyway, this place is bogus. I usually come here only for coffee and via the drive-thru. Service is usually slow. Check this out: So on Thursday May 16th, I get a coffee at about 2:45 pm. I pay with my visa. They didn't give it to us and told us to wait for an unknown amount of time. As a result, the employees noted that the order was given to us, but we never received it. Honestly, I disagree with most of these reviews. I visit this Mcdonalds location a few times a month, and I feel that the customer service is good. The cashiers are very friendly around breakfast time. They often have a police officer patrolling the inside since Harvey can get a little rough, especially when people are hungry. The building is new and clean. The drive thru has two lanes, but one lane is often out of service. The drive thru is very crowded in the morning hours so sometimes there's a 15 minute wait if that second lane is closed. This is actually one of the better McDonalds in the south suburban area. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Not only did they completely mess up my order but they refused to fix it and said they needed the food back after coming back 2 minutes later. Okay fine it's policy. But over a dollar cheeseburger? After you seen my face and looked at the order knowing you messed it up? There's a Mexican joint called Jalisco express down the street, go there instead. Got my order within a few minutes of ordering. Do not go Here. I've visited this location twice this week and the food was horrible. The only reason I went back the second time is because I do believe in second chances. The first visit I order the buttermilk chicken tenders. The tenders was old and hard. I called the manager to explain my concern but she acted like she could care less. I was here for lunch today with some co-workers, and I had no bad appearances like others claimed to have that gave it bad reviews. And for sure food did not take 15 minutes. And we sat in their back dining room, and there is a tv there, it was silent but with a request made, an employee higher the volume. There on a Wednesday morning for a two-person business meeting,,, gave ne muy coffee right away and brought my sandwich when it was ready, all with smiles. I left a leather legal folder in the john, didn't know it til the next evening. I called at 8:30 on a Friday, when they gotta be busy, and manager put me on hold, went and found my folder, made sure he had my name right, so I could pick it up next morning. My friends and I decided to get food after work last week, and not much is open after 10 so McDonalds made sense. We went through the drive thru and everything was going well, they asked us to pull ahead since they had to make the fries. We say there for a bit, and was even asked by an employee who came out to deliver food to another car if we were waiting on food. She eventually brought it out, but it wasn't our order, so someone went in and explained, came back, and then we realized it was only half the order, 2 more times after that someone went in to get our complete order. It's McDonald's so it's nothing special. I decided to stop to get some food on my way to rehearsal. I asked for orange Hi-C and she gave me an orange Fanta. Those are not the same things. I asked what they had that was non-carbonated and she literally told me they only had milk, sweetened and unsweetened tea, and orange juice. She told me they didn't have any fruit punch at all or lemonade. I think, if they didn't have orange Hi-C she should have told me instead of ringing me up for something I didn't want. read more
