Terrible service! I like right downs the street and this is my occasional fast food quick grab if we don't make anything for dinner. The food is absolutely terrible! They got my order wrong, missing items, and overall terrible service. I went back and they still got my order wrong! And the food was even cold. The ambiance was terrible. You can see the kitchen from the counter and it looks disgusting, The kiosks needed to order are not functioning but when you step to the counter to order, they ignore you. I tried to get their attention for 30 minutes and then i finally left. Also, they randomly shut down the drive thru. I asked and I was told they didn't have time to deal with the drive thru. But apparently they don't have time to deal with the walk-ins either. read more

4 people left before I did after standing in line to order for 7 minutes AND had one employee look directly at the 6 people waiting to order turn around and walk away again. If i could give this place a negative review I would. This place is the most inefficient, most time consuming mcdonalds i have ever been to. They will miss everything you order and once you asked to get it fixed, they will say you didnt order but you have no proof because the didnt give you a receipt, Other than how terrible service they are cause I can go on, but the food is outrageous, they only time you can get a decently warm food is during there rush after waiting also an hour! Says they are open 24 hours so drove way out of the way to get to them and when we pulled up to order we were rudely told they would be closed for the next 30 minutes to an hour. This location always disappoints especially their drive through. I have tried countless times to just forgive prior bad experiences but they never improve. Just went to Wendy's across the street and got much better service and better food. read more

Wow i took a bite ,lucky i didn't take my clothes off i ran back to trk stop and use the microwave oven these 2 triple cheese burgers were dead since yesterday the lady inside truck stop came over to see what i was doing (taking pics) off the cold cheese burger if you look at the pictures the cheese ain't even melted, i usually go straight to microwave but i was with someone talking and slip my mind,but boythis is the reason why i don't eat at a regular McDonald's without a trk stop were i can use the oven...good luck for those that love cold food because you are more interested in whats ahead and not you're self....i don't settle for less read more

McDonald's is supposed to be a familiar chain. Meaning it isn't always the best food, but you should know exactly what to expect and what you'll get. I will never go to this one again. The staff is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Every time! It had been a year since I had been there last, and the staff was as rude as ever. Seriously, I was at the window to pay and get my food, she made no eye contact, did not acknowledge me, said nothing to me, just took my money and handed my food out. While she was handing me my card back, she hung out the window to look at and talk to an obvious regular who was ordering at the drive through. SO RUDE. What's more? This was one of the worst McDonald experiences I have ever encountered. The employees are too busy standing around to take orders or help customers. When trying to get a refill on my ice tea, I was ignored for 5 minutes. When speaking with the manager about the lack of service, I informed her that I was going to report the issues to corporate. She retorted, "well make sure to spell my name right." Yet she refused to give her name and walked into her office. Luckily one of the workers identified the manager as JoAnn. I never expect any kind of spectacular service from McDonald's, especially not at a truck stop. The workers here seemed lazy and uninterested in helping anyone. A couple were even on their phones. And they want $15 an hour for that? That being said, my order was actually right and fresh, besides the fact that I asked for hot picante sauce and got mild picante.
