A few minutes later it was delivered to our table without the cups. The kid looks at our empty table and asks us, did you get your cups? He got our cups. The drink bar was a mess and the napkin dispenser was stuffed full with the napkins in the wrong direction and the balance of the bag left on the counter. Took a bite of the quarter pounder and the burger was cold inside. Not going to complain to the manager. There's the "A Team." And there are B, C, D and F teams. The service is always slow and unreliable. They almost always get orders wrong. Even when it's just a couple of items. The store is dirty and smelly but today took the cake. I don't eat here but my granddaughter loves the chicken nuggets. So I stopped to get some for her. I had to use the restroom and oh my goodness the smell was the worst thing I've ever smelled in my life. It was as if it a sewer opened up right there under the building. I almost vomited. You can tell it's a Monday this morning at McDonalds . The staff this morning was not a lively crew. Lady at the drive thru was taking more orders from the outside speaker and not alternating. The car in front of me got frustrated and pulled away . I waited for two more orders at the other speaker before she toook my order and seemed frustrated and cursed when I said I had a code. This is the absolute most dangerous McDonalds Play Place I have ever seen in my life. I cannot even begin to imagine what type of human being designed this thing and how this could have possibly been approved and then constructed. Is it possible that at no point did any McDonald's corporate personnel point out what a safety hazard, and therefore potential lawsuit risk this structure is? This entire play place is configured of ropes that could easily strangle a child. In the 20 short minutes of my regrettable visit, I saw two five year olds become stuck at the top and completely meltdown because their parents physically could not assist them. I then watched another five year old fall from the top of the ropes and took out two more children. At this point all of the parents packed their children up and left completely horrified by this design. If this is the direction that McDonald's is taking with their play places, may I also suggest a broken glass ball pit or perhaps that they start putting plastic laundry bags in Happy Meals. I sincerely hope McDonalds does something about this potential threat before a child becomes severely hurt and they wind up with a very expensive lawsuit on their hands! read more

Someone actually gave this place a rating high enough to give it 1.5 stars... are you kidding? I've never, and I mean never ever ever had a perfect experience at this McDonald's location. I've been in full blown arguments with staff for coughing on my food, all the while they deny it, I've gone through the drive thru with orders so messed up that clearly either the person making the order or packing the order was high on LSD... this location us extremely unfriendly, they never say thank you for being a customer... and if you say thank you, they look at you like you're a A$$HOLE. My favorite is when they don't give you napkins... because that doesn't even surprise me... because I know that every employee that works at this location uses their sleeve to wipe their face while they eat. On my latest visit, I order hot cakes w/sausage... pretty simple order... the packer put butter in the bag... and as I looked in, I saw the butter and assumed they got my order correct for once... WRONG.... I drive off, get to my destination... sure as sh!t... they forgot syrup... I swear to God... I honestly thing this is a store where McDonald's sends the dumbest of the dumb employees to for that last chance turn-around. I went to the McDonalds drive thru. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese no pickle and French fries. I get home, I start to eat my burger and guess what? I bite into two pickles, seriously??? You couldn't give a burger with no pickle? The last time I went thru the drive thru I ordered a fish sandwich, no cheese extra tartar. Guess what? I am 16 years old and I worked here for a few works before quitting after wearing leggings, and a manager in training told my then 14 year old sister I was asking to be sexually assaulted by wearing them. My sister also worked there and recently quit. They overworked her having her work 6 days a week, 7 hours a day. She made only $9.50 an hour. There was one day when she first started she was working in the back window and got overwhelmed and asked to either be moved or receive help. The managers did neither, causing her to have a panic attack. After month of being used, she finally put in her two weeks. They did not schedule her once during her last two weeks. To conclude, this place need better management and needs to be held accountable for they horrible ways they treat some of their workers. read more

Workers were constantly pulling out their cell phones and after some swipes at their phone screens, would go right back to preparing food. One of the workers had gloves on but also swiped away at their phone screen and then went right back to preparing food. No gloves changed in between. The lines are just insane. I can't see waiting 40 minutes in line for fast food. If I wanted to wait 40 minutes I surely wouldn't choose to go to McDonald's. My order is always simple: 1 McChicken with ketchup only, 1 McChicken with mayo only and a small fry. Both sandwiches had mayo and lettuce. Today was about a 16 minute wait. I ordered the same as above, I recieved a plain cheeseburger, a correct chicken and fry. The food was mildy warm on both trips I mentioned above. This McDonalds is notoriously slow but we tried it anyway since it wasn't during lunch or dinner hours and both drive thru lanes were open. Big mistake. When we pulled in there were 11 cars that I could see (after one car got out of line and left -- smart man. We waited about 10 minutes to place our order because the line simply wasn't moving. We finally placed our order at 8:46 and waited some more, 25 minutes more to be exact. We finally got our food at 9:11. So we waited over half an hour during non peak hours for an Unhappy Meal, 2 McChickens and 2 drinks. With the inability to process the orders they should've closed one of the drive thru lines. I also saw one worker slowly walk towards the bathroom, probably due to his shift being over. But an employee who cares about his job would/should him in and help when his coworkers are in the weeds. Clearly he doesn't feel respected or respect his job. There was also zero sense of urgency from anyone working, including the manager. I guess they just accept that people should wait 30 minutes for their "fast" food. Very disappointing. Was just in there this evening, Sunday. It took three times to get everything that we ordered. The condiments station by the drink stand was missing about half of the items. What I "liked" best were the slightly above room temperature fries and the empty napkin dispenser that had the opened package of napkins next to it so you could dig out your own.
