    Meatloaf sammy

Lily and Jen were adorable, fun, and ushered in a yummy dinner experience for me and my friends. We got the Meatloaf sandwich, Frisco Melt, and Southern burger. All goodness! Clean, bright, soft pop music. And the team seemed to know clients so this must be a popular local spot!

First visit to this cozy little diner--and it was well worth the wait. We've wanted to try it for a while, but the parking lot is almost always packed. Today we finally caught our chance, and I'm so glad we did. The diner is small and bustling, with closely spaced tables and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. We grabbed a seat and were impressed by the expansive menu, but for our first visit we stuck with classic favorites: a cod fish sandwich and a single cheeseburger. Both were absolutely delicious. My husband is convinced the French fries were the best he's ever had--and that's saying something after 65+ years of fry-tasting experience. My Saratoga chips were crisp, light, and full of flavor. A great first experience, and definitely not our last visit.

Tried a few different items here by now and all have been so so gooood. Servers are always so friendly!

Almost completed consumed Breakfast Skillet. It looked so good I dug in before getting a "pretty" picture.

Great little hole in the wall diner. Found this place while out and about with my husband. It was packed so I knew it would be good. Staff members were super friendly greeting you as you came in and the food was delicious. I had the Breakfast Skillet which perfectly hit the spot. Potatoes and bacon with melted cheese covered with sausage gravy and two over medium eggs to top it off. My husband had the Chicken Biscuit which looked equally good. Service was a little slow, but they were also slammed with customers.

Pros: -price -nice mix of diner food and some different variations of it Cons: -the food was just okay -the "lattes" are definitely not lattes, but coffee mixed with creamer and they were not good.

A nice clean dinner. It is located off the beaten path, but not far and is well worth the drive down old State Route 74. The food is excellent dinner food. The goetta breakfast with eggs and hash browns is my favorite; however, I have been here a few times and have enjoyed everything I have ordered. I highly recommend the place.

I am so happy I discovered Tealside Diner! I was hungry after taking my car in to get serviced and found Tealside Diner when I searched for a potential lunch spot close by. I have come here twice and gotten the Southerner each time and it is delicious! I recently visited and brought my family with me, so they could try Tealside Diner and they enjoyed it as well. Their coffee drinks were amazing. We got the Vanilla Wafer Latte and a Chocolate Cherry Cordial. Our service was great and our servers were very friendly and helpful. Tealside Diner is a cute, local spot. I hope to visit again soon!

Sometimes the smallest diners can deliver the biggest flavor, and I have to admit, I was certainly impressed by the big flavor coming from this small diner. It's a little off the proverbial beaten path but certainly worth a visit. My boss told me about this spot so we decided to go on a Thursday. Parking may be a little difficult since it shares a building with an Ameristop gas station. The place itself definitely has that classic small diner feel and the staff are all very friendly and inviting. I'd recommend going early since there isn't much seating and they get packed FAST. The menu is loaded with different breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, all served all day. After some perusing of the menu, my boss opted for the Southerner burger, my co-worker opted for the Tealside club sandwich, and I opted for the Frisco melt, all three with fries. Even though they were pretty busy, we didn't wait long at all for our food. I really enjoyed my Frisco melt and am always a fan of crinkle fries. Our server was super friendly and attentive too. I really like little diners like this because they're often some of the best finds. I could see going back again, likely with my lady, because I'd want to try one of their breakfast options. I kept eyeing the omelettes so I might get one next time. But there will absolutely be a next time.

I was traveling on business and thought I would stop by Tealside Diner to see what all the fuss was about with this diner. Well, after eating there I now know! Upon arrival I was immediately welcomed and my server, Julie M. who helped me with my seating and took my drinks order. When she came back I asked her to recommend a dish as I was looking for the best "Tealside experience". I told her I wanted a more traditional breakfast so she recommended the Schoolhouse Breakfast with a side of biscuits and gravy. The food came super quick and, I must say, was cooked to perfection. I ordered the eggs over medium, ham steak, and freshly sliced home fries. Everything was great. Also, the homemade biscuit was incredible and the sausage gravy had a hearty supply of sage breakfast sausage chunks in it. I was not disappointed at all with anything on the table. Once I finished I went to pay for the meal and asked their GM Diane Watson what "Goetta" was as I saw it on the menu. Apparently it is a Cincinnati staple and she explained how it was made. After I paid for the meal, she graciously gave me a sample of Goetta to try and was excited to see how this Yankee from New York liked the local favorite! It was pretty good and we sat there for a few minutes talking about where I'm from. If you're looking for a great breakfast with super nice people and incredible service, then Tealside Diner is your spot!!! Thanks Julie and Diane for a great experience... And my compliments to the cooks!! I'll definitely be back!

Enter David's Kitchen & Bar, opened for a little over a year now at 1020 Ohio Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45245. My daughter joined my wife and me on this visit, and while there is a kids menu, she opted for something more exciting and went with the crispy chicken sandwich topped with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and pickles on a potato bun with a loaded baked potato on the side ($15.69). Nothing too out of the ordinary, but a solid chicken sandwich and potato. My wife ordered the tender basket with fries ($13.99), which featured hand-breaded and fresh tenders that were really good. Their fries are also hand-cut and freshly fried. Good stuff! I enjoyed the grilled chicken balsamic sandwich topped with balsamic glaze, pickled onions, mayo, lettuce, tomato, and a mozzarella cheese melt served on a potato bun along with a small garden salad on the side ($15.69). I think this was the star of the meal. The balsamic glaze combined with pickled onion was outstanding!

The staff were extremely friendly and seemed willing to actively engage with customers. It was a nice neighborhood spot. I ordered Mo's Rice Bowl, and it was generally well executed. Maybe a little bit more rice than it needed, but it presented a nice combination of flavors and textures. The pickled onions were well done. There was a relish type offering that rounded it out. The fried egg was a nice protein addition. Overall, the dish came together. I'm not from Cincinnati, but they apparently have a regional goetta dish. I ordered the vegan version, and it was really well done. Good on the restaurant for thinking to offer a vegan version. All told, this was an exception place. It's a little small, but there was essentially no wait to get a seat at the bar. Highly recommended.

They seated us promptly and immediately someone was taking drink orders. Our waitress was very kind, offered helpful recommendations, and made the visit fun. I ordered the goomba fromlette and my coworker got the chicken sandwich. We also ordered sides of potato pancakes and garlicky greens to share. The fromlette is huge! It looked so good and tasted even better! The vegetables in it were well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The cheese and sauce on top complemented all the flavors very well. And the eggs themselves that made the base were perfectly done. I ate it all and left feeling so full and happy. I also have to talk about the sides. The potato pancakes are heavenly, and I could make a meal out of just them. The outsides are perfectly crispy and the inside melts in your mouth. I am literally still thinking about them. The garlicky greens are also fantastic and actually were the same vegetables that came in my fromlette. I loved them so much I was happy to eat more. They are very savory, saucy, and hit the spot. My coworker also really enjoyed the chicken sandwich, and ate all of it even though it made her so full. I will for sure be back. This place is so cute and intimate, the workers are all so happy, and the menu has so many great dishes that I cannot wait to try them all!

LongHorn Steakhouse is not a place you go every night. LongHorn is for the occasion. I feel as though, occasionally, it is perfectly acceptable to order an entire T-bone steak for myself as a treat; and that is exactly what it feels like when the nice server places that dish on the table in front of you. That feeling of pure existential joy is unrivaled. I felt like a dog being handed the leftover rib at a backyard cookout. As for the service, it was better than expected. They seemed a little understaffed, but my food came out quick, hot, and, most importantly, correct. There's not much more I can ask for on a jam-packed Monday night. The ambiance felt like corporate America. As I sat alone in my booth, I couldn't help but wonder if this is where the world is headed in the near future. If so, LongHorn Steakhouse has to be considered a contemporary piece of the times ahead. Overall, this was not a bad introduction to the concept.
