At 12:18, I placed an order. I was asked to park around the building. I saw cars come and go but no orders for me. THIRTY MINUTES later I Called & spoke with management. He did not have order # 1364, but would get the order out. I continued to wait when the young man came over shaking his head, meaning no order yet. I told him I wanted my money back. I don't know why I keep thinking McDonald's is going to hit different--it never does. This trip? Total waste of money. Cold fries, a burger that looked like it went through a car wash, and to top it off, the soda machine was "down"... again. Listen, I know what I signed up for: fast food. But is it too much to ask for the order to be right? When you mess up something as basic as a McChicken, it's time to reevaluate the entire shift. The manager was floating around pretending to look busy while the rest of the crew seemed allergic to urgency or accuracy. If I wanted a chaotic, overpriced mess, I'd make it myself at home and save the trip. Corporate might want to send someone to check if this location still operates on the same planet as the others. Me and my wife made an order here for lunch a few days ago. I picked up the food and met her at her work and when we opened our bags all the food was disgusting. Fries and nuggets tasted like old oil and i got sick from eating my burger. Tried to call the store to speak to a manager but the phones were off the hook as if they knew the had been serving shit food and avoiding complaints. I ordered my burger today for a late lunch, I got it delivered like normal and then continued to eat it halfway before I realized it was fully pink on the inside. It wasn't half cooked, it wasn't even fully cooked. It was as if someone just toasted the outside and expected nobody to notice it wasn't cooked all the way, it is a huge health hazard and whoever cooked my meal should be punished. Brought our grandkids to McDonalds to play for a little while then to get something to eat. When we got there I asked one of the employees if they could please clean the table for us. The employee cleaned the table and then went on to clean other tables. We noticed that he was using the same towel to clean even the baseboards, the walls etc. I realized he was a mentally impaired employee so so I began to think the problem was not this employee but his trainers and coworkers that need to keep an eye out how the job is being carried out. My coffee is never hot.. again.. it feels like the coffee just sits there on the warmer. I don't even have steam coming off of my coffee. I tried and tried to give this location a chance but they always let me down. If you go, please ask for a fresh pot of coffee and fresh food so you will know that you are going to get what you. I strive to give out as many 4 and 5 star reviews as I can on yelp, because I want to spread good karma. I have worked in restaurants before and know the daily struggles customers don't see and try to remember that when service or quality lacks a little. But I have never wanted to write a negative review so bad in my life! My boyfriend and I stopped on our way to Corpus Christi to grab some drinks. The drive thru line was ridiculous so we decided to try our luck inside. We made the mistake of grabbing some chicken nuggets and fries instead of just leaving with the drinks. We were in there for more than 25 minutes waiting for our order. It was to the point that we were about to walk out without our food, no fast food is worth waiting that long for. And sure enough because as soon as we got to the car with our food it was all cold and the chicken nuggets were mushy. I have no idea how they could be mushy, but we did not even finish them. The employees were also very rude. We did not go to the counter and just ask for a refund because it was not worth dealing with their sour attitude. Employees were screaming through the restaurant and I saw multiple customers walk out without their order. I couldn't believe how awful it was, we will remember this the next time we're coming through town. read more

Was very dissatisfied in this McDonald's. We showed up and after waiting for 20 mins in line we finally ordered. My wife and I ordered salads, I know salads from McDonald why, but my daughter wanted to have her birthday dinner there. Anyways, my wife wanted some new Asian salad but employee says " we only have the salad no dressing". Really why bother so we order 2 southwest salads and as I was paying she say" oh we don't got any salads at all". Really after I almost payed then tells me that. So we ordered something else. We got our drinks and went to get some ketchup, low and behold the ketchup dispensers are empty with a time stamp on them of 7:48 am. Really, so I go to the counter and wait another 10 mins got ketchup and as I looked around nothing but trash everywhere. Behind the counter was a mess and the workers were arguing back and forth right in front of customers. So as I walk to my table I couldn't help but notice all the trash on the floors full trash cans and half eaten food on several places on floor. By this time I want to leave but my daughter wants to stay and play after they eat so I give in and stay. This is where it goes bad, well even worse, the kids go and play, like the other kids running around with no shoes on, after a while my wife and I finish eating and decide to go sit in play area to watch kids and as we walk in to play area there is a huge dead roach on the floor. Gotta draw the line somewhere, I know I should have left way early but my bad. So to end this rant this McDonald's is horrible hopefully my kids don't get sick. My family has fallen on hard times recently, and typically we don't go to McDonalds but I wanted to cheer up my niece and get her some chicken nuggets and ice cream. Let me just say.... this location DID NOT HELP OUR SITUATION! First of all, we drove through the drive thru and the person on the other end of the line (after waiting for 30 minutes) said "Yes?! What do you want?!?!" UGH?!?!?! My niece does not need to be around such an atrocious attitude! We calmly placed our order and made it to the window though. My niece ordered chicken nuggets and when we got to the window they SNATCHED my card out of my hand and charged me. I made the mistake of dining at this McDonald's at the beginning of November. I slipped and fell because they had a huge blob of ketchup on the floor. Not only did I twist my back and bruise my hip, but my new sandals broke in the process. When I brought the fall and the spill to the attention of the woman behind the counter who had a "shift manager" tag, she glared at me and ignored me until she realized I wasn't going to leave. She finally slowly dredged her way out from behind the counter to clean up the spill and took the wet floor sign from another part of the floor and put it over where the spill was without saying a single word to me. I asked her how I could get my new broken shoes replaced, and she again acted as if I were bothering her. Someone else finally came out to take an accident report. At no time did anyone bother asking if I was ok. At no time did anyone bother apologizing in any way until AFTER I brought their rudeness to their attention. Instead of trying to file a bogus high dollar lawsuit for an in-store fall, all I was asking for was that they pay for replacing a $20 pair of shoes. They got their lawyers involved and refused to even do that. Apparently honesty gets you nowhere with this store. So between the rudeness of the employees, the dirtiness of the store, and the refusal to even make right on my simple and fair request, I will never be spending any more time or money at this location, and I will be getting the story out there to everyone I know who visits this store. I will also be finding out what other McDonald's franchises are operated under the same umbrella and will not waste their time with my presence at those locations either. read more
