The texture was weird and it was missing the tanginess of sauerkraut and , again, tasted warmed up. Is this a way to "stretch" sauerkraut of all things? The problem is they just started dinner service I guess in the last two weeks according to our server . On top of all this it was exorbitantly priced . Eating at the Republic of Texas steakhouse and The Glass Pavilion restaurants. Today my Birthday weekend breakfast. So nice to pull up and the valet recognizes us and many of the staff. When we asked for sorbet for our daughter who is lactose free, they said they had watermelon sorbet. That was not sorbet, it was water melon shaved ice. Even after they went to the back to scoop it, it came back completely frozen. I couldn't even insert the spoon in it, much less my 3 year old daughter. The watermelon ice ball came flying out of the cup onto the floor. We picked it up and asked for a different ice cream, and maybe have my daughter try a bit of regular ice cream even though she can't have it. They later brought out another watermelon ice that they had shaved it up a bit more so it wasn't too frozen. It was still frozen like shave ice, but at least my daughter could use her spoon with it.
