After over 10 years as a customer, I have to give these guys their props! I don't usually review fast food places unless I'm really, really angry. But I have to give these people a positive shout-out because of negativity in the previous reviews. No one is perfect. But I think that, overall, they do a good job. I live very close to this location and I've eaten here many, many, many times over the past 10+ years. I've stopped by early in the morning, for lunch, for dinner, and for late night munchies. I've been through the drive-through and I've eaten in the dining room. This place is nearly always constantly busy! There's almost always a line of cars in the drive-through, morning and night! There's usually a ton of kids in the Play Place and frequent birthday parties. I don't know how many customers they serve in a day but it's obviously many hundreds of people per day. Despite being constantly understaffed and busy, I've never had a single problem with the staff at this location. BUT I've seen a LOT of goofball customers causing problems!!! I saw one lady yell at the girls behind the counter because her burger didn't look like the photo, and she threw ALL of her food on the floor & stomped out! I've seen recent immigrants ordering with strong accents I couldn't understand...yelling and abusing the poor clerks because they didn't understand their crappy English. I've seen tweakers come in, all strung out and covered with open sores, trying to keep still long enough to place an order. And I've watched homeless people come in, trying the get free kid's ice cream cones. (They usually give them the cones.) Best of all... One time I was in line at the drive-through and a dude a couple cars in front of me had a seizure, went into convulsions, stepped on the gas, and smashed the two cars in front of him! The police came, the ambulance came, the fire department came....and I never got my burger. These guys (and girls) are pretty good considering they serve many hundreds of people every single day. This is one miserable, horrible McDonald's. I went to the drive thru for a vanilla cone on a very hot day. As soon as I placed my order the cone must've been dispensed. By time I reached the window for pick up the cone was dripping and a mess. When I pointed out the cone was already a mess, the clueless young girl asked me if I wanted a cup!!! I asked if I could get a redo on the cone. She placed the cone upside down in a cup that was too small along with a spoon. WTF!!! Out of sheer frustration I pulled away from the drive thru window and tossed the mess I was handed out my car window. BTW, I was the only car in the drive thru lane. It was like a ghost town. They are cut off by a weird exit. With this lousy customer service, they won't be in business much longer. read more

Ever since they got rid of the cash registers for the self order kiosks service has dropped significantly. And the McDonald's app does not help speed of service it actually slows it down. It's great for McDonald's, they can take 100% more orders but since they cut manpower because of higher minimum wage, they can not keep up with orders. Between the drive-thru and curbside, they do not have people to run orders out. I used curbside pick up, waited 15 minutes after check in. Went inside and still waited another 10 minutes. 1 woman said it was 45 minutes since she ordered thru the app. Do not recommend. read more

The service was so incredibly shit and slow. We weren't allowed to go in and only had the chance to go through the drive through. Me and my family ordered through the app and we had 3 different orders on 3 different phones paid with 3 different cards but these people had us go around multiple times and they are just so slow definitely need some faster and smarter workers. read more

The other night I had a craving for a shamrock shake, so I head out on my journey. I get the first McDonald's and I'm brought with unfortunate news that they are out of shamrock, in disbelief I tell the worker to have a goodnight. And so I'm back out on my journey for a shamrock shake. I arrive at the second McDonald's and I'm once again I receive unfortunate news that they're also out of shamrock, again in disbelief I tell the worker to have a good night. You may think I have given up at this point but NO! I'm on a journey to fulfill my craving for a shamrock shake. As my last resort I come to this very McDonald's, I'm greeted by a kind gentleman and I ask if they have shamrock shakes and to my surprise they do have them. I place my order, pay and as I pull up to the second window the shakes are already made and ready to go. Talk about a good work ethic. Stop here at least weekly. The morning crew Monday-Friday are excellent 5 stars. The other shifts are reflective of the 2 stars provided. I've only stopped here a couple times for dine in dinner. Employees appear pretty free to speak freely and use language that is not appropriate for young guest to hear. This location consistently struggles getting order correct. Also, if a manager has an issue with staff please take care of that out of ear shot of a customer. It's reflective of this location. I felt bad watching the exchange. The young person who made an easy mistake could have been addressed differently if it needed to be in the moment or privately. This will discourage me from stoping outside morning hours. Sadly her mistake has been made by many other employees and I have to wait in the drive through. Not a big deal but come on. read more

I stopped here awhile ago, looking for a good lunch spot. This place fit the bill, especially since they were not busy, especially on the inside for take-out. I really liked how I was able to walk right up to the counter and order without a wait at all. I felt a little hungry so I got a big Mac meal and a filet-o-fish as well. I really didn't have to wait too long, as I got my food within a few minutes of ordering, true I was the only one there, but being fast, is what mattered. I couldn't wait to get home to eat my food, especially with piping hot fries, and a delicious big Mac, with all the trimmings like lettuce, tomatoes and pickles as well. It really did satisfy my hunger at least. Of course the filet-o-fish was just right for sharing though. It would be so good to go back, especially with good food, and cool friendly employees as well. I've been to many McDonalds'. Never felt compelled to write a review. This McDonald's was run by an obviously hard working manager. Her staff was working just as hard as she was. Despite the rush hour, everyone was friendly and things were running smoothly. The cashier, I think named John or Nicholas, didn't rush me and double checked my order (and asked me if I wanted nonfat or whole for my macchiato!) Super slow! Ice cream machine broken after we ordered and waited about 10 minutes, all we got was 2 fries and shake.

I never really even bother to write a 1 star review for mcdonald, why? Because it is mcdonald. However this one takes the cake. Be sure to check your receipt. I ordered mcgriddle combo with orange juice (i know orange juice cost more), technically they are supposed to charge me additional amount from the combo, but what they did was charged me full price of the meal which includes the price of coffee and charged me full price of the orange juice. It's not the amount that matter, but integrity of a company. I wonder how many people they scammed already. I am not going back to this joint. Hate this MCDONALD! How do you expect to get paid $15/ hours and works like S***?? People here are RUDE, don't understand English correctly i assume, doesn't know how to count, and can't even take orders correctly. I went at it with a boy at the window because he doesn't know my order, which is only Cookies and caramel frappe. I told him i got the cookies and frappe, he has the audacity to tell me i only got the cookies and I didn't pay for the frappe. I told him to ask the girl who did drive through and he continued to argue with me without even asking her. His colleague came and asked what was wrong and i told her what happened, and she handed me the frappe. The boy straight up told her, "I'm not dumb, ok." please don't hire little girls and little boys to work, they're not ready. I dash here a lot, and honestly they're not a team. I was here one time and they were fighting, saw the manager yelling at everyone while crying. Asking them how come no one dropped any fries?? If you want to go to the world's shittiest McDonald's, this location would be it. My husband and I have gone here before at least 3 times and every time we leave highly dissatisfied. Today was by far the worst. The manager argued with my husband, saying cheeseburgers only have 1 pickle. I, myself, have worked at a McDonald's in total for 7 months as previous jobs and I was always taught that the small sandwiches that contain pickles get 2. And every McDonald's I have ever been to, I have always gotten 2 pickles on my sandwich. He was so rude to my husband, too. On top of that, this location has the most disgusting floors and drink station. I could even see the floors of the kitchen and they were also very gross. I wish they had an option for -1. I have stopped twice at this location. This time I ordered at the automatic machine. I simply ordered a Happy Meal and one apple pie. I waited 14 minutes, yes I timed it. Got cold fries and half cooked chicken nuggets. Oh the apple pie. It was pumpkin. The individual did pack it in a apple pie box. Took it up to return it and again. Pumpkin! Manager took the pies out of the boxes with his bare hands broke a piece off to see if it was correct and handed the pies to me and said here! ZERO STARS Very slow service at this location 2-3 min wait just to place order. The whole time employees look at the counter but none approached for quite awhile. Than waited close to five mins for our food. Same thing happened to the gentleman behind us. The funny thing is it was dead at this location.what the Heck happens here when it's busy. My little girl and I will continue or Sunday night tradition at a different location. It's McDonalds. Sometimes good, sometimes blah. The one that stands out is a recent trip through the drive-thru that took 35 minutes from getting in line to getting to the food window. When we finally got to the food window the guy gave us our drinks, closed the window, then opened the window and just said "pull up." I asked why and he said that they were waiting on the 2 cheeseburgers. I assumed it was because they were ordered with extra onions and they had to refire; I can understand that. Waited another 5 minutes for food at which point I got out of my car and went in to get it. Get ready to eat and the order is cold and wrong. Cheeseburgers did not have extra onions and the quarter pounder had nothing on it but cheese. Had to go in again. Now, I can deal with a long wait, and I can deal with an order being wrong, they were busy after all, but what really bothered me was the absolute apathy of any of the employees. Not a SINGLE one thanked us for our patience or apologized for the wait or the mistake, or even wanted to approach the counter when I walked in with the exchange! Normally I'm okay with this site's drive thru folks being nonchalant and barely giving a passing glance, but these were instances that it would have gone a long way for customer service. If one person had said "thank you" or I apologize for..." I wouldn't have given it another thought. McDonalds - please train your workers that they are working WITH people! I have worked customer service or on the edge of it the majority of my life, and it is amazing how far a little common courtesy will get you in a bad situation. read more

For some insane reason (probably because I have a child hooked on Mighty Kids' Meals) I go to this McDonald's about once every six weeks or so. About 2/3 of the time at least part of my order is wrong. I wanted a boy's toy, not a girl's toy, I did not want barbecue sauce slathered on my regular McChicken, I asked for no pickles, not extra pickles, etc. If you like dirty tables and bathrooms, then come on in! The play area tables are frequently covered in salt and blobs of ketchup, with straw wrappers and French fries littering the floors beneath. The bathrooms (especially the bathroom in the play area) usually has toilet paper strewn about as well as what I can only pray is water on the floors. If McDonald's food is bad for you, this place's interior will put the nail in your coffin! read more

She didn't attempt to make our order right, she just told me they had just brought that out (when they obviously hadn't). I worked here, and I was treated like crap! I wasn't properly trained and was told to train other after working my first week. When I got hurt, the manager got upset with me and I had to continue working the rest of my shift without proper wound dressing. On top of that, most of the staff here don't wear gloves half the time they are handling food. It's almost impossible to order and get my food on time on my break so I end up eating my whole meal 2 minutes before my break is over. I'm never going back. read more
