This is literally the slowest McDonald's to which I've been. There have been numerous times where I sit minutes in the drive-through without moving. Just got home from McDonald's in Antioch my grandkids we're hungry one was with me I picked up from Girl Scouts and the other one was with their grandma with her young son I went inside and freaking nightmare homecoming parade and they have one register open yes one line was through the double doors the kid punched in the order wrong couldn't change it I tell him I'll take whatever you have just get me out of here so I don't even know what's in the bag I dropped them off and left and the other day I was in there for coffee when it was a dollar order a large black coffee waited 10 minutes yes 10 minutes while I was waiting for a new pot to be made then they give me a small coffee I let him know my feelings about that also so consider me a Burger King lifer read more

I went to get the spicy nuggets tonight and they were absolutely dreadful. Tasted like they have been sitting there for over an hour. My fries were cold and soggy.... not only that. But they completely messed up my boyfriends order forgot the lettuce on both his sandwiches and along with mine his fries were soggy as well. How sad serve fresh food. Very sad will never be going here again. And will be telling everyone I know not to either because they serve old nasty food. read more

Slowest and worst service ever! Not to mention they rarely get the order correct! I shouldn't have to hold up the drive thru to check bag to ensure all items ordered are in the bag. Don't ever expect to get sauce for your child's Happy Meal nuggets either, no matter how many times you ask if they put it in there. Every time we get home there's no sauce and pissed off kids. there are a lot of flys on the workers and in the cookie area. The workers messed up my orders the last 5 times I've been here. My food is always cold and this place tried to charge me for a drink because they messed up my order. There was a fly floating in my drink and and I am extremely not satisfied. I do not recommend. Ordered breakfast from them the person at the window had a really bad attitude I asked a side of bacon (4) piece they gave me two, i asked for a large drink they gave me a small, asked for jam, salt pepper they didnt give it to me they also took a bite off my sausage, there was a clear strange sticky residue on my bacon and same strange residue at the top of my drink I wasnt rude at all... Absolutely positively the worst McDonald's in the nation. Cannot take a simple order process it through the drive-through let alone come in and complain and get the exact same mistake at the counter by the manager. Very mismanaged and should be close down. Franchise should be sold to somebody who takes pride in ownership and can give customers what they're paying for. Check out Isabel when you're there because when she screws up she thinks it's funny and will laugh in your face. Contacted corporate and they really don't care why because their McDonald's. Since McDonald's and Antioch town will not do anything about this everyone should just go to Burger King across the street or Kentucky fried chicken or Taco Bell all available on that corner. Consistently the worst McD's I've ever been to. The service is always slow, employees are often rude to customers, their prices seem unusually high, and they never seem to remember the sauce for nuggets. Their food is of inconsistent quality. Even my kid has started refusing to get food from here, preferring to go out of our way to the Lake Villa restaurant. I'd hoped their recent remodel indicated new management. I have no idea if it did, but I swear that prices went up and service/food quality went down. How is that even possible? Went through the drive thru. Ordered a big mac meal with sprite, 2 cheeseburger plain meal with a coke, 2 mcchickens with a coke and a fry, and then a quarter pounder meal with a water. They didn't give me the receipt, no straws for our drinks, gave us two waters instead of a sprite, only got two fries, didn't the big mac at all. screwed up the 2 cheeseburger meals. We asked the guy giving us our food if that was all of our food and he said yes. Never going back to that ever. read more

I went to this location at about 8:45-9 pm yesterday, in the drive though. I was the only car. Placed my order that I had to repeat several times. 1 4piece chicken tender meal and a double cheese burger no onions. I pull up, pay, pull to the next window. There were 3 female workers at the second window, crying they were all laughing so hard. It's always good to have fun at work but when you cannot do your job because of it is when it causes a problem. I received my drink right away but waited and waited and waited for at least 15 minutes. One of the employees kept coming to the window laughing so hard she could barely speak to apologize for the wait. It was some time before a other car pulled up behind me in the drive through. Finally after about 20 minutes the same female worker came back to the window, still laughing, to ask me to pull into the #1 spot to wait for my tenders because now they have to wait for a whole new batch because "she dropped them" is what I was told. After an additional 10 minutes I finally got my food. The person that had pulled up behind me was STILL waiting for their order behind me when I left. I got my food with the wrong sauce, and the fries were so old they were cold and tasted like plastic. I don't go to McDonald's often but I don't think I'll be going back to this one! read more

I had the WORST customer service tonight. I was in the drive through at about 12:15. There was a red head gorl working who first off groaned at having to do two orders and refused to give extra Oreo in a McFlurry even after charging for it. She practically threw the ice cream at me through the window and was slamming the window as well. Horrible experience. She should be fired if something as simple as a mcflurry infuriates her. Rudest people ever. Went to get something for my granddaughter, who is 5, pulled up to the drive-thru to order, was asked to wait a moment, so I did, the moment had gone by for quite sometime so I said hello, the girl on the other end said "I told you to hold on I'm busy doing something right now" in a very rude voice. I cannot believe they allow this behavior. My granddaughter asked me why was she so rude. Man I was pissed after that I had to stay calm only because my granddaughter was in the car with me. So my coworker placed an online order that I went to pick up and when I got there with the code the cashier had no idea what to do which was fine she got a manager and the manager asked me if i had the device it was ordered from and I said no my coworker ordered from her phone but its paid for so didnt know why she couldn't give it to me. Ok, so this is the third time in two weeks they got this wrong. I requested a value meal and a regular-sized unsweetened iced tea, no lemon. Got one of those huge plastic cups with their syrupy sweetener in it and cold fries. I waited better than ten minutes in line on my dinner hour so when they handed me the huge cup I was just like "Whatever, I need to get back to work". Three-minute drive back to work but the fries were cold in the bag. I got a sip of the drink as I was going in the door, no time to go back. It got dumped in the sink and plopped the cup in the recycle bin. How hard is this really? I've been told the drink cost the same. Not the point. I don't want the huge plastic cup that I won't finish and I CAN'T have nor even like, the sugar in my drink. So it was a complete waste of money. It wasn't that busy to be that slow. I placed my order through the drive thru. Had to repeat the order multiple times. I had 4 happy meals, 3 (4) pc nugget and 1 plain cheeseburger. Also had 1 large 10 pc nugget meal and 1large dbl quarter pounder meal. 1 cheeseburger and 2 mcchicken sandwiches, no lettuce and extra mayo. 2 happy meals were supposed to have apple slices and the othe 2 with yogurt. When I pulled up to the window to get my order, I was only handed 5 drinks. The lady asked me "what she was missing". When receiving my bags I realized there wasn't any bbq sauce for the nuggets. The lady told me she couldn't give me any because there wasn't any on the receipt. I then had to park and go in where I was once again told they could not give me any. I explained that I had 4 orders of nuggets. The lady behind the counter handed me 1 bbq sauce. After I restated I had 4 orders she gave me 3 more sauces. I should have looked through my bag at my order at that time but was extremely frustrated and figured the people working there only had one job to do so it should be correct. WAS I WRONG!!! When I returned home I started to pass the food out to my wife and kids. 2 were disappointed because they didn't have apples. Another was disappointed because her "plain" cheeseburger had pickles and onions. After scraping everything off, putting the patty on white bread and replacing the cheese, she was finally able to eat. The dbl quarter pounder looked like they scraped off the pickles and onions and re melted cheese over the patties. My large fry was only half way filled. There was also a nice long light brown hair in it so they couldn't be eaten anyway. The chicken nugget meal was supposed to have a large fry but only had a medium (and had more fries than my large order). The extra cheeseburger that was ordered didn't come with pickles or onions. Only ketchup. The only part of the order that was filled correctly was the mcchickens, and they were cold. To spend almost $40 and have such a tremendous failure, is not only upsetting but almost laughable. If I could give less than a star I definitely would. I also tried to post everything written above on the survey at www.mcdvoice.com. After typing the whole thing in, it stated it needed to be 1200 characters or less. When I tried to correct it, my session had timed out and had to start all over. In drive thru, 10 am Sunday. See sign in window for $1 drinks (soda/tea) $2 drinks (frozen lemonade) and $3 drinks. I know the $3 drinks are some type of cold/frozen coffee drinks, but can't read the sign (white lettering - really?). When speaker voice comes on, I ask what the $3 drinks are. She has no clue. Has no idea what I'm talking about. I explain the large promo sign in window (this promo has been going on for a long while, I just never got the coffee drinks before). Still no clue. I explain they're some type of coffee drinks. She still has no idea. She starts quoting all the prices for the coffee drinks. I again explain that I want one of the $3 ones, but don't know what they are - blended? Iced? Finally had to just leave the super long drive thru line and leave. Took my business to Dunkin Donuts. Really? She has no idea and the sign is right there on the building? Would help if they posted it on the drive thru sign. Same McDonalds where manager decided to not do $1 soft drinks when all other McDonald's in area were, or the $1 any size coffee back when everyone else was. Greedy greedy.
