Some of the worst service, drive thru is a joke. Today was the final straw, we went for lunch about 12:15 or so. The line was a little slower than usual but not too bad. Then we get to the window and get the usual park over there and wait it'll be right out. 20 MINUETS LATER and three trips by the runner asking what we ordered. We finally got fed up and went in to get a refund and she met him at the door with our food. This newish thing they do by making 2 lanes so they can take all the orders is the dumbest thing I have ever seen in fast food. If you can't keep up with orders then stop taking them. McDonalds invented drive thru fast food and are easily the worst at it. I'm done they can take their golden arches and stick it where the sun doesn't shine. read more

I just had the worst McDonald's I've had in my LIFE. I knew it was gamble to come at 11pm. I work late and new store would be close so I was desperate. I ordered a McChicken and filet o fish meal. The chicken was like it had been sitting out for hrs. It had shriveled up, it was thin and chewy. Fries were the same, the filet of fish wasn't as bad but I lost confidence that the food was even safe to eat. Hopefully I don't get sick from the amount I did eat. Yuck! read more

The new manager is unprofessional and not good at her job. Ever since she got the position every time I get food they ask me "what did you get?" Then are snippy if I refuse food that I know I didn't order. The lines take forever now and I park at the reserved spots way more often. I don't like submitting a mobile order and having to list off what I got at the window and be met with attitude when she gets it wrong and I have to correct her. Ordered a double hamburger *no cheese* and plain and two number one combos on 11/19/25 at 11:30am. Simple enough. We got a double cheeseburger with FOUR pieces of cheese and were missing one of our combos altogether. It was a simple order - what the heck?? Seems like the staff at this location can make fries and put lids on sodas and anything more is just too difficult for them to manage. read more

this place is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service AT NIGHT. the daytime people are always so wonderful and courteous but the night people just suck. i ordered my food on doordash, the first driver stole my food. whatever no biggie, the second driver gets there and the manager REFUSED to remake my order because "it's a loss for them to have to remake it." bullshit! i paid for my order so remake the damn food. it's not that hard to provide some good service and be on your way with the rest of your orders. i tried to call the store 5 TIMES and each time it was ignored or sent to a busy signal. whatever you do don't doordash here. read more

I downloaded the Mcdonalds app and it comes preloaded with a free sandwich of your choice. I chose the artisan grilled chicken sandwich, and it was really good, actually better than I was expecting. The chicken breast was thick and meaty and the vegetables were crispy and fresh along with the bun being soft and buttery. If this chicken sandwich was placed on a plate and served to me at a fancy restaurant. I wouldn't know it was from Mcdonalds. read more

This McDonald's is always my go to location when my kiddo wants a hamburger. This location is clean and open 24 hours. I used their app when I ordered and got a free large Mocha Frappe! The lady that took my order was very kind as she helped walk me through the app a bit to get me the best deal. This place is a joke. Did a mobile order for dinner around 5: 30 pm thinking it would be nice and quick and I would be on my way. Not was I completely wrong about that. Arrived there about 5 minutes after I placed my order. The Peking lot was completely empty and the drive thru was packed. Decided to put my pickup Method as curbside. The app informed me that picking up food inside and curbside was not available so I was forced to wait in the long drive thru line. I than sat there for over 30 minutes before I arrived at the window to get my food. The employees at the window were extremely rude like it was my fault that they are slower than dirt there. Would of been nice to get an apologize for the extremely long wait at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. If I had not already paid on the app I wouldn't of waited in the line. This McDonalds is in the parking lot of the giant King Soopers on Wads. It was recently rebuilt, but it is oddly small inside. It is extremely difficult to grab a seat in the morning because a herd of retirees loiter inside and drink coffee all morning. So much for the fast in and out. I do like this place for the fast drive thru (2 lanes) and $1 bags of ice. read more

I rarely ever eat McDonald's food but I do enjoy a cup of coffee from them a couple days a week. The morning crew is ok, although they have mistakenly charged me for someone else's food rather than my $1 coffee. I have had to get refunded more than once. This hasn't stopped me from going to them but the same girl who makes this mistake still fails to read back my order when I pull up to the window. I make sure to repeat my order to her each time. Tonight's crew on 11/10/17 at 830pm was just terrible! I was craving for some fries and nuggets so thought I'd take a quick trip to the nearest McDonald's. Should be short and simple right?? I ordered a #7 and had to wait 10 minutes with only 1 car in front of me! The only acceptable interaction I had was with the cashier who was very polite and professional. It was the awful lady who delivered my food I had a problem with. The older woman who delivered my food to my car was very rude. She gave me my food and sprite and said "he forgot your drink", I said "oh, I have my drink right here". She starts laughing AT me (yes, AT me!) and said "well we're ok here but I don't know about you!" And walked off. WTF?! All you had to say was "I'm sorry it took so long but my coworker forgot your drink". IDGAF about a side conversation between you and the guy who forgot my drink! At least show me a HINT of customer service! This interaction alone was enough for me to never return to this location! There are plenty of other locations with better customer service! read more

I stopped by the drive through around 7:30 am on Saturday, September 21. This was my first visit to the drive through. After I placed my order, I drove past the first window by mistake, someone was right behind me so I couldn't back up. When the lady came to collect my money, I apologized for missing the right window. She just gave me a dirty look, took my money, returned with my change and just pushed it at me. I attempted to apologize again and she just turned her back on me and walked away. I said excuse me, what is your name (she didn't have a name badge), she looked at me and said I'm not telling you and walked away. What a very rude person, as I mentioned that was my first time at the drive through, it will be my last visit. I'm posting this and I will spread the word to friends and family not to visit this McDonalds. read more

Every time I go to just pick up an order they take 15 minutes+ even when they don't have a line and every time I decide to go through the drive through they do the absolute bare minimum of talking required. Very friendly staff. Dining room attendants during breakfast and lunch. Lots of outlets for charging devices. They have always let me stay as long as I wanted without the stink eye for sitting to charge my iPad and phone. Bathrooms clean. Very different experience in the evening. Dirty tables, cashier not wearing a name tag I assume so she isn't named the worst possible excuse for a cashier ever. It took 13 minutes for her to get around to putting my small fry in a bag. Watching her with the previous customer on whether she gave him the other items before getting him his food items was painful to watch. On a previous visit, the manger that was here tonight shouted unprofessionally at another associate, berating him from the front counter and made one customer so angry, he yelled at her, took his kids and left. Too painful to return here in the evening. I may come back for lunch but I probably will just go down the street to Burger King or Taco Bell instead of coming back here. read more

This McDonald's was just recently re built. It's located in the King Soopers parking lot at 80th and Wadsworth. They put in a double drive-thru but isn't any faster, actually I believe it's even slower than before. The remodel is nice but the service is still terrible. Are use the app to purchase a Mc rib at this location so I was excited about also got a large fry and a large drink. After waiting a fairly substantial amount of time to receive my order I noticed at the fries were only about half full when I mentioned that to the person behind the counter he "Said what do you want me to get you more fries?" Because of his attitude I let him know I was just bringing it to his attention that they should probably put the right amount in the box he just turned and walked away. I went ahead and took my half filled french fry box and my Mc rib out after I arrived at my destination and begin to eat my food I noticed that though I had asked for extra sauce my sandwich had almost no sauce the top bun was stale and hard and definitely not what I had been hoping for. I chose not to call the restaurant due to the encounter I had with the employee at the restaurant and his attitude I can only imagine that the managers attitude will be very similar. I almost never go out of my way to post anything negativeAbout any business however this McDonald's definitely needs to have some re-training on how to make the product and Customer Service I I am not planning to visit this location again in the future.
