She was amazing and she gets friendly customer service. Plus she had that groovy geek vibe thing going. It works at Starbucks and it is what I expect when I go. Now whether it was fake or not is neither here nor there. She has perfected it and it actually encouraged me to spend more money freely. She singlehandedly redeemed my opinion of this place. I will be back. Love hanging out in the hills of Arkansas in the summer and now have a caffeinated reason to do so. Thanks for making sure there is "civilization" in Rville for city slickers passing through. Can't speak to whether they have cleaned up or not as I didn't go inside. But I will say my sis in law did tell me that flies are abundant in general here so maybe I will give them a pass. Next visit I will go in to see if I can award 5 stars.

The owners have done an excellent job, putting a lot of work into this little place in the middle of nowhere lol. They had beckoning indoor seating and outdoor seating. They also had a busy drive-through. I had a latte with praline syrup, and it was very good. I also tried their cinnamon sugar bagel, and it was good of course. It was just a made on a plain store-bought bagel so the only thing that would've been nicer is if it were a more bakery style bagel. They have lots of little knickknacks in their little store, and some of it is unique and not just overdone typical coffee shop store merchandise. For example, they have packets of flavored "tea to go" and I'm tempted to go back inside after I finish my bagel and get one to try at home. The two ladies that waited on me were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They welcomed me to sit on the back porch when I mentioned that I like to sit outside. They came outside and wiped off a little fire pit when they recognized that I sat by it. They brought me my coffee and my bagel as they got them ready. I can't wait till I come through Marlton again!

YOU CANNOT BUILD A COFFEE SHOP ON INCONSISTENCY…read more I was able to stop in this coffee shop on two different occasions on back to back days. Sunday, was my first time and I was pretty impressed with the shop, given the fact that it was in a small town and it didn't have many reviews at all. I ordered a Cortado and was really surprised by how well done it was made. It had the perfect consistency, texture, and flavor, with the perfect ratio of a well pulled shot of espresso and properly steamed milk. Whoever made that drink needs to train the whole staff, because based on my second visit, it is very clear to me that the owner is not doing their job properly in hiring/training baristas. The very next day I walked in very exited for my Cortado again! Being from Seattle, I find it very hard to find a properly made Cortado, and so I was excited for another good one here! But to my disappointment, this time, it was just beyond a let down. It was borderline disrespectful and just absurd. I walked the coffee back up and explained to the barista, this was 100% not a Cortado. It was more of a latte because it had lots of milk. It looked really bad. So then she nicely took it back and said she will remake it. Surely enough, it was very clear these workers had no idea how to make coffee. The lack of training and knowledge of coffee became very clear. I got my new "Cortado" and this time it looked more of an espresso shot with no milk. Unbelievable. I hope the owner reads this and does a better job of training its workers to understand their jobs. Just because 99% of the customers here probably order vanilla iced lattes, or other sweet drinks does not mean every worker should not know how to make EVERY coffee drink the proper way. It wasn't even close. Seems like by the merchandise, they care to take their coffee serious but the "baristas" don't know how to make drinks... Disappointing. You are a "specialty" coffee shop, not a Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks.
