I have always preferred Starbucks coffee over any other brand, but I've repeatedly experienced an issue where I pay for a large coffee and receive a cup that's 3/4 coffee and 1/4 foam. I've reached out to the manager twice, and although he's been very kind and offered me a free drink, I shouldn't have to keep raising this issue. At other coffee shops in town, I consistently get what I pay for. This problem seems to only occur at Starbucks. So, goodbye, Starbucks. I'll miss your coffee, but I won't miss not getting what I paid for. read more

If I could give zero I would. When I go to Starbucks in the morning I'm prepared to wait. This morning my toddler and I went inside since we are driving all day today. Ordered a muffin and cold brew we were there for 40 minutes. When I asked About my order the guy said he hasn't pulled my ticket but everyone in drive thru and inside got their stuff. So come to find out my coffee sat in drive thru and the guy kept constantly making eye contact with me wrestling an angry toddler. We're traveling home & decided to stop at Starbucks for a coffee... we drove thru the Starbucks at Weir & Parkway... made an $18 order of 3 coffees... got back on the Highway to find out that the 2 caramel Macchiato's tasted like hot water w foam! So I make a call to the store to let them know... They say no refund & that they cannot do anything about it unless we turn around & come back for them to remake... Slowest Starbucks I've EVER been to and they gave me the wrong drink. I drank it anyway because I didn't want to go back through the extra long drive through line and wait an additional 30 minutes to correct it. I ordered a venti iced white mocha with sweet cream foam and Carmel drizzle . They were out of venti cups , only had grande , out of caramel drizzle . I asked what they had to replace the drizzle , they said nothing except caramel syrup, so I said just add very little of that and my grande was $8.18! They charged $1.25 extra for the syrup and it cost me more for a grande then the one I actually wanted and all because they were out of what I ordered! This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too! This is why I don't go there but was picking up for someone else! read more

At first it was great to find a Starbucks on a trip to central Arkansas. But the pleasure turned to pain very quickly. The first time I waited 15 minutes for a single flat white while the one barista attempted to cover orders from the drive thru window and the front counter. The second visit was worse as I waited twenty minutes before finding out that the barista had not recvd my order from the cashier. This place looks like a Starbucks. Has a Starbucks sign But it is not run or managed like a Starbucks. read more

Updating last post last week. They made a good 2nd impression and that counts for and one thing with me..... Way to go Laura, my barista at the drive through this time. She was amazing and she gets friendly customer service. Plus she had that groovy geek vibe thing going. It works at Starbucks and it is what I expect when I go. Now whether it was fake or not is neither here nor there. She has perfected it and it actually encouraged me to spend more money freely. She singlehandedly redeemed my opinion of this place. I will be back. Love hanging out in the hills of Arkansas in the summer and now have a caffeinated reason to do so. Thanks for making sure there is "civilization" in Rville for city slickers passing through. Can't speak to whether they have cleaned up or not as I didn't go inside. But I will say my sis in law did tell me that flies are abundant in general here so maybe I will give them a pass. Next visit I will go in to see if I can award 5 stars. read more

If I could give this no stars I would. Pulled into the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of us and have been waiting 45 minutes. Get to the window and they haven't even started on our drinks and have the order wrong. No apologies or any explanation. You're better off getting the pre bottled Starbucks drinks at the Flying Js one exit further. Livid doesn't even begin to describe how we feel. read more

Aside from it's location, this pretty much your average Starbucks. They offer a wide selection of coffees, teas, and other items at fixed price. As far as their menu goes, this is exactly what one should expect from one of the chain's many locations. The service here is pretty expedient and friendly, definitely a step away from your average city location. They also offer wi-fi services, but I cannot comment on that since I've never tried them at this location. The only negatives that come to mind are it's layout and location. Firstly, it's a bit out of the way from the main roads and businesses in town, it's not exactly close to the local schools either. I think a more appropriate location would have been closer to Tech or somewhere on Main St. However, recent economic growth in the area could change this. This location also lacks a front entrance, forcing customers to enter in the back. This makes it more difficult to enter and exit the parking lot, especially since it's on the corner of a busy intersection. This problem can be easily solved by adding a front driveway. Overall, this Starbucks comes in at about average and also has an additional advantage going for itself by being the River Valley's only Starbucks location. read more

Very rude and unprofessional. Here's my rant: My two young children and I went to startbucks to meet up with my husband for some coffee on his lunch break. My husband took some trash to throw away (a to go box) and it wouldn't fit in their trash can. So he saw the trash can behind the counter, and reached over and threw his trash away (We didn't realize that was a no no, lesson learned). The guy behind the counter (long curly hair in a pony tail with a beard) asked my husband (rudely) not to reach over the counter. My husband apologized and thought that would be the end of it. Nope. This worked continued laying into him, saying how rude it was and telling him off. My husband just stood there and kept on apologizing the the worker. Then he saw my husbands hobby lobby name tag and said "how would you like it if I went into the back room of hobby lobby to use that trash can?!" All of this with me and my two kids sitting right there watching...we were shocked at how mad and rude this guy was. He could've easily just politely asked my husband to not do that, and that would've been perfectly fine! We just left, didn't want to give our money to that business. read more

My drink was very wrong. Watery coffee with no whipped cream or flavoring and the cup was only 3/4ths full for my vanilla latte.

This Starbucks used to be my favorite coffee place to go. I mean I've been coming here since 2006. But when my gold card is empty, sorry to say, so am I. No more Starbucks for me. Between night managers getting angry and yelling at me, the customer, bc I said that was not how a Carmel macchiato was made in January of THIS year. And the manager who was at the window told me, "We've always made them like that ( with all the Carmel on top)." To having drinks literally spilled on me in a rental car, to having no flavoring put in my drink more than 1/2 the time, to having my cookie given to the driver in front of me free and me paying more for the people's drinks behind me bc they screwed up the tickets, to waiting 30 minutes in line for one drink - I am done with this place. It's not worth the frustration. I will be going to Mountain Mudd for my drive through coffee and maybe try the place downtown if I want to stop in. Bc Starbucks is friggin' ridiculous for the prices you pay. They have not learned that the customer is always right. No one should have to put up with getting yelled at at a drive through window, I don't care how bad your day has been working at Starbucks. Just saying. read more
