Two or more signs on front and windows advertising $8. Big Mac extra value meal. Ordered and was told it is no longer offered at that price. Going to a fast food is not a norm but more like a "treat" that I do once every many many months. I know how that sounds. I never like drive through, I am never a big fan of fast food (except those in Tokyo). I have never been a fan of McDonald in this particular location. Years ago, I went to this location and bought two kid's meals (At that time I did not even want those food) and paid for two toys so that my niece could have them. When the staff gave me two identical toys of the same design, I asked if I could have two different designs. The staff gave me the worst kind of attitude before and after she swapped one for another design. For those who know me knows how much I embrace such treatment. However, I did not argue with her or call for manager. Fast food is not a place I will go by myself, let alone eat there. Tonight I just suddenly feel like having some McNuggets. I know, not sure what gets into me, maybe I have hit my head somewhere. I found someone (who can be so sweet) who would go pick up some McNuggets for me. Yes, if I can avoid going anywhere, I will at all costs. The McNuggets I received were unappetizing and looked like they were refried. As a matter of fact, I have never seen such sad McNuggets or any chicken nuggets like this before. I am no connoisseur when it comes to chicken nuggets, but I am sure if anyone gets to try these McNuggets will agree they were far from acceptable. "I'm 24 HoUrS" yeah right. They have their "system down" or they're "currently not serving." You cannot have a business 24/7 without the ability to operate 24/7. I've tried to go the last two days (Friday/Saturday) and have been unable to order. McDonald's needs to add staff to support their employees or make their employees actually work and not hide in the back. It's ridiculous. Either way, McDonald's restaurants are sad. "Dining rooms not open" but I see staff hiding in the back/taking out the trash. The pandemic has created lazy employees and nobody ever wants to work. read more

This is legitimately the best McDonalds in Metro ATL. They are always so kind and provide excellent customer service. I have seen the manager onsite helping kitchen staff & he seems respectful to all his staff. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. The app placed the order to the wrong location, and the app said to contact the store. The guy working yelled at me and told me he couldn't do that, that I needed to "read the app correctly, and do it there". He stated he couldn't do anything from the store cause they're a "franchise"... which doesn't make sense. I have never written a review about a fast food restaurant before. But this is a special case. I have been living near this mcdonald's for quite some time now, and each time I decide to stop by for a quick bite to eat, which is usually around the hours of 10 pm- 3 am, I have never received adequate service. This location is labeled as 24 hours, and they technically are since there is always employees inside, however whoever has been scheduled for the night shift the past several months needs to understand that waiting over 30 minutes for Mcdonald's is absolutely unacceptable. No matter what day of the week, the carelessness for service stands and i'm just very upset about this matter. Quick service and smiling faces. Who went the extra mile. I have to tell you, it's rather random that I would write a review for a McDonald's as when we go to a fast food restaurant we just expect to get food quickly. We don't have high expectations. I have to complement this particular McDonald's location as I was right at the shift between breakfast and lunch. My food was running a little bit behind so the team gave me my drink and asked me politely to move forward And let me know that they would bring it out to me when it was ready. The time to order was quick and thorough. I was met with smiling faces and each window. Then the lady that asked me to politely move forward, not only asked me with a smile, but came out and delivered my food to me on a tray, as if it was a five-star restaurant. I don't know if this is the result of great leadership, or just the great servant, heart of one of their teammates. But because of her and her disposition, I have a much better perception of McDonald's... I hope the service model i experienced yesterday will continue as a company and a brand. Ok this may seem simple but I ordered cookies and they were hot and fresh and my iced coffee was perfectly made. The line also moved fast.

I live 3 minutes away from this location and attempted to stop to get fries on my way home from a party at nearly 1:30 am 5/8/22. This is a 24 hour location but when I pulled up, the employees were outside. By the time I reached the intercom, a voice came over the intercom and said, "I'm not taking orders right now, only DoorDash, Uber Eats and GrubHub." Since when does a fast food restaurant with a drive-thru only take 3rd party orders? I'm curious if the franchise owner knows or even cares that their workers are creating their own rules and running this establishment as if they own it. read more

I arrived and told the intercom that I was picking up an Uber eats order and they told me that was ok and to pull around. But then, like I do sometimes, I wanted to order myself a burger and a drink. Instead of being served, I was told that they were not going to serve me because I was picking up an order. They didn't even allow me to ask for anything. Since I recently moved closer to work, this is the closest McDonald's to my new place. It's also conveniently located on my way to work, so it's fairly easy to drive through and grab a Vanilla Iced Coffee on those rare mornings when I am up earlier than usual and have the time to make a stop. Although I have never dined in and don't plan on doing so any time soon, I've already made a few trips through the drive-thru. My order has always been right. Granted, I don't make things complicated here. Sometimes I get a small Vanilla Iced Coffee with "light ice" (less ice = more coffee... teehee), and other times I also get some breakfast. At a mere $1.69 for a small Vanilla Iced Coffee, that price is hard to beat elsewhere. And it's yummy. They actually make it pretty good here, meaning it's not bland (which means they skimped on the syrup) or overly sweet (too many pumps of syrup). I'm a huge fan of their current "2 for $3" breakfast sandwiches - Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McGriddles. Man, I love those things. I don't really like pancakes, but these sandwiches are just the perfect blend of sweet and salty. And, as always, how can you go wrong with two hash browns for just $1? By the way, try the hash browns dipped in the Sweet Chili Sauce. Yum. The drive-thru at this McDonald's is super quick, and the employees have been friendly thus far. Hopefully they will keep this up as I will probably be frequenting this location more often than I should. I live within a mile of this location and often go here for late night snacks with my wife or friends. I have always been very surprised with the level of service I receive here. Who ever the lady is at night that takes orders in the drive through is always so nice and extremely personable. Since I live so close I have been here many many times. I would say that this is not a very organized McDonalds. When I arrived here, I stood in line for at least five minutes before the cashier realized I was there. After placing my order, several people that were in drive thru started to complain and wanted their money back. They had been waiting for a long period of time. The kitchen had one cook and she appeared to be confused. She continued to say we are out of bacon and the cashiers were just waiting on orders. Do not trust the screen to confirm your order; once they actually put in your order, it doesn't mean the person putting your meal together can read. I went through the drive-thru for breakfast on Sunday morning. It was quick and accurate. No complaints. Food was what I expected.

This location have the most rude, ghetto, and unprofessional employees that work here! Everytime I come here they never get my order right. They don't drop the food fresh when you ask them to, and when you tell them they roll their eyes then get a attitude. The older lady that wear the hat, and have the ponytail that always is working the second window have the nastiest attitude! When you tell her your order is wrong she will holler at the other employees about the order not being right, and get sarcastic with you. I told her my milkshake had chocolate all over it, and she yelled (the milkshake got brown stuff all over it). Then when I told her my food wasn't fresh (she yelled "omg somebody please come talk to this lady. She said her food aint fresh and I can't deal with her)! The manager is even worse and SUPER GHETTO! When she came to the window she had a attitude, rolled her eyes, and told me to park my car.
