On Friday, 9/12/25, went through the drive-thru to get some Spicy McChicken Sandwiches, a Happy Meal and a Spicy McCrispy Meal. Service was pretty quick and got the food and drink orders in a timely manner. After getting home, tasted the food and liked them for the most part. The sauce on the McCrispy Sandwich tasted a little odd, but otherwise, everything else tasted fine. Received very good customer service at the pick-up window. read more

I have been twice this week to this location and both times they have put pickles on my burger after ordering no pickles. My receipt and the ticket on my burger say no pickles. Today they also messed up my wife's order by putting onions on a burger that was ordered no onion but they took the pickles off of her burger. I know that they get busy and maybe it was to busy for them to properly read the tickets I am not sure but in all honesty if either of us was allergic or for a dietary reason we're not allowed to eat these items we could have been seriously ill or worse. I was a chef for 30 years and I know people make mistakes but I am telling you, that I can say from experience that if they are making multiple mistakes not just one order I am betting there are multiple being made. Stopped by the McDonald's in Auburn, WA and appreciated the abundance of app promotions which is definitely worth using if you want a good deal. There's plenty of parking, which makes it a convenient stop, and the interior was clean during my visit. While there's no play place for kids, the self-serve fountain soda station is still open for customer use, which is a plus. The bathrooms were locked and required employee assistance to access; depending on your perspective, that's either added security or a hassle. That said, something about the overall vibe felt a little uneasy, as I can't quite put my finger on it. It's a functional stop for a quick bite, but not the most inviting McDonald's I've visited. I'm surprised to see this place reviewed so poorly. I've always had a pleasant experience here. There are times when it's really backed up, but this McDonald's seems to get through the line pretty effectively, parking cars where needed and just getting through the busy-ness. The food's always good or great and their customer service is excelllent. read more

Ordered a simple macchiato for walk-in pickup. Order was fine. I got ignored by 4 separate employees and a doordasher was standing to try to pickup an order before me for almost 30 minutes. I personally had to wait 10-12 minutes with nobody behind the counter to receive my order. They clearly do not care about their walk-in customers. Customer service is awful here. 10/10 do NOT recommend. read more

I don't normally care to give reviews. But we have been here twice and both times have been asked to pull over so that they can finish making one sandwich for us. Drive-through is supposed to be a speedy food pick up, and with little kids in the back it's pretty frustrating to have to wait parked for six extra minutes. I just stopped in for a drink and some fries. I was welcomed by a door being opened for me. It was very strange receiving that kind of welcome at a fast food restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised when the young man took my order with how courteous and prompt he was. My food was hand delivered to my table, fresh and hot. That was great service. As I took in the environment I noticed the staff interacted with the guests like they were personal friends. For some people's visit to a restaurant might be the only other human interaction that person sees in a day. I was touched how the conversations were going. One elderly gentleman was sharing his recent story coming from a doctors appointment. It's rare when you see service like this now days. It caused me to pause and give this story and crew a pat on the back because they deserve it. read more

The guy taking our order was very polite. We just got done at a concert so yes you guys were busy. I am a manger for a fast food company and if this lady was my employee she'd be fired. We ordered 3 large combos, we weren't handed our drinks because they were out of large lids and almost made it seem like they were just hoping we'd forget about them. THEN we got our food while waiting for our drinks and for you guys being busy your frys tasted like they have been sitting for 30+ minutes so we politely asked for new frys and the bitch snatched the bag out of my hand and said "where's the 3rd fry?" This is my favorite McDonald's. I always order my hamburgers without a bun. Did you know you could do that? I didn't for a very long time and always felt bad about wasting the bun although a lot of ravens love me. At any rate, this McDonald's always serves the patties on top of a bed of lettuce.
