    Strawberry Nutella almond croffle
    Nin A.

Such a cute find! Came here after eating kbbq and this cafe was near us. Such a relaxing environment too I feel like this would be a great place to study in or do a little bit of work and the croffle was absolutely delicious though I didn't expect there to be ice cream but a sprinkle of powdered sugar would've topped it off for me but other than that the service was great she was super sweet!

Very popular place, it seems- that is, they've got a steady stream of customers. Space is small and can get crowded. Terrible placement for menu and menus are absolutely terrible to read. Staff super friendly and great recommendations.

Such a cute Korean cafe spot in Fed!! I came here with my partner for a special they had for their third anniversary: $3 matcha and dalgona candy lattes! It's such a cute shop to study or work inside, and the drinks were sweet and solid. Thank you, Cafe Seoul!

    Lemon honey ade

Tldr: cute café, meh ades, , good croffle, great service. Ambiance: very modern, comfy, cozy vibe. Clean. Lots of lighting. Enough seating for a small Cafe. Service: let me just start by saying the service is impeccable. I did not like my ade, and she offered to make me a different flavor. Food: I didn't like the honey lemon ade, we think it kinda tastes like stevia but I had worse descriptions :( this is note to self not to order it again. But the passion mango was way better - although they werent the BEST. Would like to try other drinks like a tea instead in the future. I give the biscoff croffle was a 8/10 tho it as crunchy, had ice-cream and beautifully presented.

It's a cute and simple area that's not too large. I would say the desserts we ordered were okay tasting. Unfortunately it didn't leave much impression so I'm not sure I'd come back again. No major complains or really any issue. Our experience was just ok.

    Mini custard and Nutella taiyaki.

Cafe Seoul popped up as something I may like on yelp. Looking at the menu, I thought it is a place me and my family would enjoy. The menu looked to have a few things we all like. I got a really nice 16oz mocha and split the mini taiyaki with my son. My half was custard and his was Nutella. My wife got a black sesame latte. Everything came out really fast. The food was delicious. Great cafe for an after dinner treat or sweet indulgence.

Avocado toast with feta and boiled egg

Avocado toast was amazing! The feta wasn't too overpowering. The amount of avocado was incredible. I wish there was more egg but that's just me being greedy. Clean and calm environment. Little corner of the cafe you can sit and have privacy to work. My drink and food was brought to me and I was quite surprised! Not something I'm used to :)

Love this cute little cafe. The affogato was amazing. The ice cream was creamy. Great place to meet up and have a chat and enjoy some coffee and dessert!

Great place to study! Their drinks are top-notch. I've become an avid matcha drinker since I found this place. The inside is super nice and conducive towards studying and meeting up. Service is impeccable.

The strawberry matcha was soooo good! Not overly sweet, just the perfect amount of sweetness. Milk choice is always whole milk ‍

Strawberry matcha. Yogurt smoothie (super good!)
    Aindra T.

The drinks are pretty good but on the sweeter side. If you prefer your drinks not too sweet, definitely ask for less sugar.

    Baked good case

The fish cakes were amazing and made hot and fresh I enjoyed the custard middle that was lightly sweet.

I've been to other OBC locations in Seattle and Woodinville…read more However, this location made me question their food safety practices. Firstly, the inside was clean and welcoming. There was one employee working, but it did not look very busy inside. We ordered 4 dubai chewy cookies, 1 taro croffle, 1 small galaxy ade, and 1 large taro/oreo smoothie. Our total came out to around $60. Dubai chewy cookies were very tasty, I am a huge fan of dubai chocolates. My galaxy ade tasted very watered down, barely any grape flavor, and little to none carbonation. The taro/oreo smoothie was decent. The basque cheescake was flavorful. The taro croffle was actually very good, better compared to the other locations. My main concern was the fact that I found some sort of hair in my croffle. We had already eaten some of the croffle and we brought it up to the employee. He told us it is a sugar strand and showed us an example. Yet, when I pulled the strand out of the croffle, it was more attached to the taro cream and it had no similar texture to the sugar strand. The sugar strand should melt and break easily but this strand did not, it was also more like a white-ish color. I'm thinking it was maybe a pet hair. The employee was very friendly about it and made us a new croffle free of charge.

It is a small, but quiet cafe. It is warmly lit and decently sized. There is a bathroom for customers to use as well. My sister and I decided to stop by after our hike for a sweet treat. We ordered the Taro Croffle, a slice of Earl Grey Cake, Brown Sugar Matcha Milk Tea, and Yokurt Blue Ocean. The Taro Croffle was warm and sweet, but not overly sweet. Just the way we like it. The Earl Grey Cake was great. It had a great consistently for a cake and you could taste the Earl Grey. The Brown Sugar Matcha Milk Tea was not my favorite. It was not as sweet as I was expecting out of a brown sugar milk tea drink. You also couldn't really taste the matcha either. The tapioca in the milk tea was plain and not soaked in brown sugar like other cafes/bubble shops. The Yokurt Blue Ocean drink was refreshing! It was surprisingly really good. It made me consider ordering a second one. The customer service here was good. A very friendly environment with lots of drinks and treats to choose from to order!

The staff here greeted us warmly and was very patient with the customer before us who was buying a gift card and helped us with the same professionalism and friendliness. Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #114…read more This is one of three Sunright Tea Studio locations in King County and is by far the largest in terms of size. It's the only one that has actual seating and tables, which makes it a much better location to relax in and slowly sip on drinks. We visited on the way down to Portland, hoping to get a caffeine pick-me-up before the long rush-hour fueled traffic on the way down. This location has two kiosks for easy ordering, although in less busy times, the bobaristas are happy to take orders and answer questions. Fragrant really condensed milk and extra cane sugar for sweetness. Slight fruit essence. regular ice on a hot day almost all gone within five minutes. About 3:1 ratio tea to milk Boba great soft yet really chewy and bouncy. Compresses soft layer on outside. Fragrant Oolong Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Regular Ice, House Milk w/ Brown Sugar Boba ($7.25) - As the name implies, this drink really is quite fragrant, with the somewhat fruity and floral taste that is similar to an osmanthus oolong. It's rich from the addition of condensed milk - in fact, this drink seems to have more dairy in it compared to most boba shops. Watching the bobarista assemble the drink, I saw perhaps a third of the cup filled with milk and condensed milk before adding the tea. I ordered the drink with regular ice and it wasn't nearly enough to survive the hot day - within 5 minutes of pulling out, all the ice was gone. The boba is great. It's soft yet really chewy and bouncy. There's a compressible soft layer right on top that's pleasing on the tongue. Milk Tea Rating: 4.5/5 Boba Rating: 5/5 This Sunright Tea Studio is consistent with the other two locations in the county, serving some really great drinks. I don't come down to Federal Way often, but this would be my choice for boba for any future trips that far down south. Bathrooms - Single unisex room

This was my first time at this location of Snowy Village, and it's been years since I've visited any of the others because IMO the quality has dropped off since the U District days. 1) We walked in and the smell was rancid. Smelled like bad milk, bad/sharp cheese, mixed with hot dairy and chemical cleaning products. So unpleasant we had to cover our noses with our shirts the entire time, and my sister even had to step outside to breathe. 2) There was only one employee working and drowning in orders when we came in at 9pm. Understandably close to closing time. Self-ordering kiosk was doing half the work. The employee didn't greet anyone walking in and only spoke to call out the names of the orders. 3) We finally got our order. Strawberry and Taro bingsoos with extra condensed milk, and a taiyaki trio. The taiyaki dough had unfortunately gone bad. We all tasted small pieces because we couldn't believe it, and it was true. It smelled okay, but the aftertaste was strongly bitter/sour and chemically. 4) I flagged down the employee to let them know that the dough had gone bad. He just said "ok do you want a refund?" I kindly said that would be appreciated, and he said "ok" grabbed the box, and went back to work. I was confused and had no idea if I was supposed to do anything next. Im used to refunds being processed on the spot and having to sometimes provide my card again. I waited a few minutes and flagged him down again to ask him if I needed to do anything, and without moving from the kitchen, he said no he'll find my order and I'll get the refund. 5) We poured the extra condensed milk all over our bingsoo, but then realized that there was hardened condensed milk at the bottom of the little cup that it came in. This only happens when the condensed milk is left out. When tasting it by itself, we realized the condensed milk was spoiled too :( I know working in understaffed environments is hard. Most likely, he was leaving things out because orders were back to back and he didn't have time. So I leave this review in hopes that management schedules more people, and improves their processes for food handling safety. Also, I'm disappointed to see so many business taking the humanity out of customer service. Self serve kiosks are replacing workers who can answer questions, provide recommendations, and represent the company in a warm way. Companies should invest in humanity again. As of now I don't see any refund for the taiyaki. I am hoping the whole order is refunded due to the condensed milk too. Order #24 on Wednesday 5/20 approximately 9PM.
