Manager who worked this morning is horrible. Me and my husband decided to use our points to get Frappe. He used his app and I used mine, both were done inside the store. I received mine but he was told he couldn't get his because stank ass decided she wanted to clean the frappe machine. It's 8am and a line in the store of people ordering breakfast. Why would you clean the machine. And even so, we ordered it at the same time. Why not just make both of them at the same time. She definitely needs customer service training. read more

This is by far the slowest McDonald's I have been inside in my life. Customer service sucks. Took them 30 minutes to bring out my order. There was no reassurance that my order will be out shortly and on top of my order coming out late. It was cold. The cheese on my burger is not melted. The burger patties are cold as ever & my French fries came out of the grease a little too early. They taste like raw potatoes. I work hard for my money and spending it like this is not something I ever planned on doing. If you guys are hungry and want to stop at this pilot for lunch please save yourself some time and go somewhere else. This McDonalds earns its very low rating with pride!! Unbelievable. Food was made fresh and hot, but obviously without a care in the world on presentation. Such a conveniently placed McDonald's. It's attached to a gas station that functions as a truck stop, within walking distance of a few hotels. I spent many a night, wandering over there for a Double Quarter Pounder and a large sweet tea, sometimes a nugget - whatever tickled my fancy. It's still your standard McDonald's: underpaid staff that barely smiles, but they did a good job getting food out in a timely manner whenever I visited and it was clean enough inside. Thanks, McDonald's. Kept me from spending an arm and a leg some nights. read more
