I ordered a salad, cheese steak sandwich and a ginger ale. The salad was warm with soggy fries and limp pita on it. Who does that! And the sandwich was lukewarm warm the fries were a tragedy and I didn't get my utensils or Ginger Ale! When I called I was ignored. This so called meal was $40! I've been here on a few occasions now, and I like it! The service has always been efficient, friendly, and attentive. The burgers are pretty great, especially the Blue Burger, which was way more flavorful than I was expecting. The onion tanglers, the southwestern Ranch, and the blue cheese crumbles really contrasted well on this sandwich. I enjoyed the appetizers also, like the buffalo chicken dip. But I gotta give a special shout-out to the Italian Fried Greens. Talk about tasty! These were probably the second best fried greens I've had in the area. And to top this all off, they give you tons of delicious fresh cut fries. read more

A coworker of my husband's recommended Coaches... and I honestly have no idea why anyone would ever recommend this place. It's was truly some of the worst food I've ever eaten in a restaurant, I wish this was an exaggeration. I ordered the patty melt, it claims to come on Texas Toast, there was nothing Texas about their Wonderbread. The patties are cooked from frozen, and the meat itself is just gross, I couldn't have eaten it if I wasn't starving and it was drown in thousand island. The fries were all cooked into a single soggy stuck together clump, on all 6 meals ordered, and so over salted my husband that *loves* salt couldn't even enjoy them. Slightly ironic that the fries were over salted because nothing else had a single speck on it. Service was slow, our drinks needed refills that were acknowledged and forgotten after taking large amount of time to even arrive at our table in the first place, despite being the only table with people. That bathrooms. I do not even know where to begin, but this is literally the worst restroom in a restaurant I've ever come across. There are rings in the toilets because it's been so long since they were cleaned, everything, I mean everything, is coated in a disgusting combination of toilet paper dust, pubes, fuzz and god knows what other disgustingness I don't even want to know. Almost didn't come here after seeing the mixed reviews, ended up being a fantastic experience so felt like I needed to review. We had a party of 11 and we every single person had a great meal and the service was exceptional. We went to Austintown Coaches Bar and Grill for a bite to eat and watch the Steelers game. Five minutes before it ended, the manager changed the channel and put on the Browns pre-game. Granted the Steelers were losing, but we wanted to watch till the end. My husband asked him to put it back on to the Steelers and he wouldn't. Mind you, we spent money and had drinks. ALL those TVs to channel, he changed the one people were watching the Steelers game on. No consideration for others. Doubt we'll go back. We'll spend our money else where. read more

Everything here is to die for! Best greens I've ever had and the fries remind me of Fair fries in a good way. Buffalo Chicken sandwich with bleu cheese was delicious as was everything else. Will definitely be coming back often! read more

We visited the Austintown location for lunch with a large group of people on a Sunday afternoon. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals, which is rare for our group. Our server was great, she was attentive and on point without hovering. I had a Stacy's Salad which was delicious. My husband had the buffalo chicken sandwich and he said it was one of the better ones he has had in a while. The greens were also delicious! Other items our group ordered were burgers, patty melt, southwest chicken wrap, southwest tacos, philly steak, and southwest salad - no complaints about any of their meals. Dissapointed with my service last night. Food wasn't terrible, fries are relatively greasy and under cooked, pizza also has some significant grease. Our server couldn't have came more than 3x and disappeared at one point for 20 mins. I understand there is short staffing but there was no one else in the restaurant but the table behind us. The atmosphere was great and a good location to catch a game on the tube. The menu was nice with many alternatives. The hot pepper and pita appetizer was awesome. The veggie burger was good. If I could put 0 stars I would, absolutely terrible management. The kitchen staff took over an hour to make just appetizers only to mess them up twice then mess up hour sandwiches twice. The only thing you'll hear is an apology not how they can fix the issue. At the rate this place is going at it's gonna end up failing just like the coaches in Lisbon did. Pretty disappointed with my dinner experience. Wings were not crispy and the Jamaican sauce was all sweet with no heat. House salad and fries were good. But....this is a burger place! My burger was not good. I asked for mid rare but was informed they only offer medium, medium well or well. Ok, I told the server medium and to PLEASE make sure it had some pink to it. But the biggest reason I am posting a rating is safety. The floor that surrounded the bar and that lead to the bathrooms were very slippery.
