Victoria customer service is disgusting ! Why apply to a job if you're going to have a nasty attitude ? Her attitude is nasty every time I come at night . She barely hands me my drink to the point I have to literally reach over and get my drink & when she did she says "huh" okay cool I don't say anything then it's time for her to give me my food she slings the bag at me so now I'm upset! Before I can even check my food and ask for condiments cause they never put them in the bag she slams the window ... so she see me looking and talking to me through the window once she open it she like " what you wanted " now I want to speak to a manager she wants to lie to me and tell me she is a manager .. she keep asking what I want & im like let me speak to the manager I know your not a manager with that old dingy shirt on ! I ordered off the McDonald's app and it took an extra 30 minutes just for my order to leave the restaurant. Then the ice-cream machine of course isn't working so i got a extra drink instead and they gave me the wrong drink and i asked for no ice and still got ice. Went there earlier tonight to get some food. Ordered like normal, no issues there. However once I was getting my food I noticed that the place was abandoned, so I expected my fries to be old. Before I left I snagged one of my fries and as expected it was old. I used to work at Wendy's so I get it, it's hard to keep track of how old the fries are. I went back to the window and asked for fresh fries, pointing out that the fries I got tasted like they'd be out for "over an hour." I'm not exaggerating either, those fries were borderline inedible. They handed me another container of fries apologizing for the trouble, and I was on my way. Now you can probably guess what happened if I'm leaving a 1 star review. Almost back home, I got halfway through the fries and suddenly hit fries that tasted so old I gagged. Fuck the people who worked tonight, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and they spit it back at my face. Lets backup, to really appreciate the scale of the negligence. I asked for fresh fries, while deliberately telling them that the ones they were selling were terribly old. What did they do with that information? FUCKING NOTHING. They closed their main dining area at 8pm on a Friday night and asked us to sit in a "no-sitting" zone, which would have been 2 feet away from someone else. When we said we didn't feel comfortable doing that, she said we could sit outside. We told her we would just go eat on the car. She rolled her eyes at us like we were doing something wrong and kept sweeping. I walked in the restaurant to order takeout. After placing my order I observed that the majority of the staff were wearing their masks like chinstraps while preparing the food. I demanded a refund and several no mask wearing employees started asking what my problem was. I love McDonald's french fries but this might be the last time I ever got one again. There are so many reasons not to like this McDonald's. 1. It's hard to access heading south. 2. Once in the lot you have to circle and circle to get into the drive-thru. 3. People are rude at the two-lane drive-thru and race to cut you off. 4. In the mornings an idiot lady in an orange vest stands in the drive-thru lane after you place your order to take your money and radio in that she did. It screws up the correct balance every time and puts her life in danger in the line. 5. Tonight, though it was light traffic in the drive-thru. I WAITED FOREVER at the speaker box, AFTER the taped "Do I want oatmeal at 6:30 pm". When I said "hello", she rudely came on and said "Wait I'm filling drink orders for the car in front of you.". Five minutes later I'm still sitting there unattended. I left the restaurant without ordering and without food due to their in competence. Hence my review of KFC. We regularly travel from Clearwater to Vero Beach and back. This is the third time we have had the misfortune to stop @ this Mickey Ds. There were no clean tables, the soda dispenser was out of some selections, and the restrooms were disgusting. The large, changing station recepticle was over-flowing, with dirty diapers and the floors were filthy. This was @ 10:22 am. There were about four tables of patrons and the drive thru was not busy. I said it's not what I ordered and the person behind the counter said we are still serving breakfast. I asked why was the lunch menu still up she said "we are still serving breakfast".
