It's a golden/I spoke you don't complain to your server if you food it cook correctly cause the server or the cook might do something to your food. I have been really loving the new chocolate cold brew from starbuck. Shrink clarion is really at starbuck and expensive. A small is like a kids small for $7.00! I have been ordering my chocolate cold brew with oatmilk or soy milk. After waiting in the drive through forever I pull up get my drink it doesn't look like a chocolate cold brew. It looked more like a vanilla cold brew. I told them this doesn't look correct. They insisted it was correct. At this point I felt like a big boob. I was like are you sure. I drove off & took a taste and NOPE! Then I look at the order sticker. 1/2 of almond milk, 1/2 oatmilk, & 1/2 creamer! What in the world. I am allergic to almond. All this other stuff just added just diluted the drink. I like to tasted the coffee in my drink. All I wanted was just oak milk with my cold brew! $8.00 down the drain. I don't even live close to a starbuck so it usually a luxury or a treat for me. I just might have to rethink this. At least for this location. read more

Everytime I go without fail, my order is always wrong. They either put too much creamer or none at all. Today I went through the drive-through and ordered a regular hot coffee with caramel cream and sugar and they forgot to add both it taste like dirt. very disappointed. Used To love this Starbucks to come in & get some work done! Enough booths & super quiet during times but in recent times there have been "squatters" who sit here in groups all day basically for free water, internet etc. they just make the whole environment of Starbucks uncomfortable with bad hygiene and taking up entire booths and tables at a time. I know it's a new company policy that they allow anyone to come in without purchasing anything but they are loosing patrons who have gold member cards! read more

This Starbucks sucks. Efficiently isn't their thing. You place your order with the app and pay for it ahead of time. You then have to check in at the store before they make your drink. I know Starbucks created the app for efficiency and this store clearly isn't utilizing it. Corporate help these poor baristas out. read more

Absolute worst customer service. Very unfriendly and unaccommodating store. Make any adjustment to your 10.00 drink and holy hell do they get mad. Avoid this store at all costs. Drive the 30 minutes out of your way and avoid this location. Very slow as well. read more

I leave 1 star only because there are a couple workers that are very friendly. I see I am not the only that sees things this way but I seldom go in and study anymore because of the squatters that go in for hours on end and take up the large spaces/plug outlets away from the paying customers. They are very messy and it just makes for a horrible environment all together. Make purchases, keep your area clean, and be courteous to the paying customers. To add, for the last couple of weeks the online ordering doesnt work which makes it very inconvenient for quick service on the way to work. There have been a couple mornings that the lobby is closed as well. read more

My experience here is always good overall. I live in the area two minutes away and the staff I see are always friendly. Only thing I can say is that there's almost always a long wait no matter what time you go to this location. That is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars. I was kinda shocked to see a lot of bad reviews! Hopefully mine will help give the hard working staff some credit. read more

Absolutely love this location, I make sure to go at least 3x a week for my Dragonfruit Refresher and the Baristas always make my day, they always have an upbeat attitude and are just the sweetest. The location is always clean and organized. Highly Recommend!! read more

ABSOLUTELY INSANE! It clearly states on the app mobile ordering is available, however, once I went to pick up my mobile order they had the doors locked. They stated I must go through the 30min long drive through line. THIS however defeats the purpose of the mobile ordering. When I informed them of this they stated "well the only way to get mobile ordering off our site is to turn off the system!" I was like well yes you need to turn off the system because now I'm forced to wait in a drive through line for 30min to get something I already paid for. Horrible service, horrible employees. read more
