We got there around 10pm after a really really long drive. We ordered my little one a 6 piece happy meal and 20 pieces with fries. Food took almost 10 minutes to make which is nothing new, chicken nuggets were horrible, it's almost like they had chicken nugget sitting on counter for over an hour and just dumped it back in the fryer to reheat it. Fries were so stale and old, the food didn't come out hot. It was bad we didn't even finish the food. I hope we don't get food poisoning. read more

It's a rare occurrence when this McDonald's gets an order right. Being the only fast food option in town, you'd expect a higher standard, (even for McDonald's) but the quality here consistently misses the mark. Incorrect orders and food that's often borderline inedible make for a frustrating experience. With so little competition, it's disappointing that basic expectations like accuracy and decent quality aren't being met. read more

So much for a "quick stop" for lunch. The staff wouldn't take our order at the counter for nearly 10 minutes (while taking orders from at least 8 drive-thru customers), and then seemed so pissed that I didn't want to use the kiosk that I suspect they intentionally delayed making our order. (we finally went up and asked after another 10 minutes and apparently they "lost" our ticket). We have made a note to never stop at this McDonald's again -- and we will probably give up on McDonald's all together if they are really going to refuse to take orders at the counter. (Two stars because, at the end of the day, they gave us free apple pies for the trouble.) read more

I just want the cook to know what the consequences are for not cooking hamburger patties all the way through. Thursday July 23, 2020 between 12:30 and 1:00pm I ordered a quarter pound cheeseburger meal. Halfway through eating I noticed the burger was raw in the middle. About three hours later my stomach didn't feel well, then the pain started. I've never felt so much intense pain in my life! It is now 8:00am the following morning and the pain has become tolerable but it still hurts a lot. Please don't rush the cooking time on the patties even if people are waiting in the drive through, the ramifications can be unbearably bad. It will be a long time before I could even think about eating at a McDonalds ever again. Hopefully the manager will have a talk with the cook and show her/him this story. read more

Just paid $28 for 10pc nugget meal and #5b waited in the drivethru for 15 minutes only to get barley heat lamp warm nuggets with no sauce, frys so cold you it made the outside air feel warm and the buns on the burger were rock hard! It's not in the way neighborhood and in a pretty deserted shopping center but it's close to the highway. I only get coffee and hang for a couple minutes before work. The places was always clean and the morning ladies are really fast and friendly a few times homeless were wandering around. read more

So we were traveling through it's about 9:30 pm on a Monday night, when we ordered 2 hot and spicys and a McDouble (which I thought you get two patties/ that didn't happen) we also order a Big Mac meal large with no lettuce (well it had lettuce and one patty). Just down right disgusting! After a long trek from Kansas to California we stopped to get some breakfast at McDonald's. As we pulled up to the drive thru window and waited for our food I watched the cashier touch the garbage can with her bare hands and then touch a coffee cup and lid that was headed to our car. Behind her I could see another employee scratching her hair and wiping her face before filling up our orange juice cups. No ice in I'm the orange juice, no cream or sugar for the coffee. This was more of an experimental trip to McDonald's and you all FAILED. Now we left and didn't eat any of the items but I just want to share what kind of unsafe food handling practices are taking place at this location. No masks, gloves or proper sanitation practices are being utilized at this location. read more

Such a disgusting McDonalds. Avoid at all costs!! Everything was covered in flies and trash. I felt like I needed hand sanitizer after touching anything. The employees were oblivious. They were goofing around and one of them stepped on me. They were pretty busy but 3 employees sat and filled 3 separate tables. There are only 6 tables in the entire place. Check your order if it's to go. They forgot half of ours and we checked because we noticed a trend for the people who got food before us. I wish there would have been ANYWHERE else to grab lunch.
