I enjoy going here to hang out with friends or maybe do some work, it's pretty quiet and their drinks and decent. They have what some people say is the good ice (like sonic ice). The people working are always friendly and helpful! I do enjoy their bloody shins drink. I think it's like a raspberry mocha of sorts, but it's a good balance of fruity with espresso. read more

Cute place in the heart of town! They have treats for your doggo. They have a good variety of coffee drinks on their menu. I just got an iced americano and it was good. We ended up buying two of their medium roast coffee beans to bring home too. The people there are nice as well and gave us recommendations. read more

The atmosphere was super nice, customer service is alright. I think it depends on who's working. I went 2 days in a row and the first time the customer service was well, the girls were nice. While the second time it wasn't much at all. The iced coffee was well, a bit sweet but I prefer more sweet than bitter. The hot coffee was the part that was a little disappointing. Not sweet at all, we tried 3 different ones. The first day they were mid. While the second day the hot coffee just tasted like steamed milk. Overall I'd return only for iced coffee read more

Craving a milkshake. I was happy to see that had coffee ice cream. The milkshake was thick and topped with whipped cream. I was surprised when the server squeezed chocolate syrup around the sides of the cup. Sadly it changed the flavor and it wasn't what I had wanted. When you check in you get a discount on a drink. I will give them another try but will tell them no chocolate in my shake. read more

My husband and I stopped here on our drive from Utah to California. The service was fast and they were really nice. The coffee we got was delicious. I got the dunes and my husband got the W. We drink a lot of coffee and it is great quality from Brew 95. The coffee shop was also really nice. Very clean and I love how they used historic wood for their coffee bar. We travel between Utah and California a lot and we will definitely be back! read more

Quick detour off the Hwy to get recharged. Baristas were friendly and made drinks just right. Extra star for being honest. Husbands wallet dropped in the bathroom which we discovered ten minutes down the road. Called immediately and they found it and held for us & had it for us when he walked back in the door. Just off 95 coming in from Boise we see this building calling out to us. We wanted some brew, a little tourist information and we needed to stretch our legs. It's a cute little shop and as a man I am comfortable with that last statement. We were a little unsure at first but yes they do serve coffee and beer, beer on tap to boot. They offer a nitro infused cold brew coffee that will get you over that next hump. Think that spunky gal working there had some. So pleasant, helpful and a delight to converse with. She told us a little about the town and points of interest when she stumbled upon mine, mountain biking. We got directions to Bloody Shins, a biking area, got our drinks to go and we're outa there! Candy, snacks, ice cream, craft items and swag available...sweet spot Got everything we asked...except the leg stretching but that's at Bloody Shins;) . read more

Brew 95 uses some of the handroasted coffee from Kube's Coffee in the same store, which is always excellent. The baristas were really helpful in making my drink the way I wanted and the place was clean. I have stopped here a couple of times while in Winnemucca, and it is a must-stop anytime that I am in town. read more

LOVE THE DRINKS - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would LOVE to give Brew 5 stars, however, there is one employee who makes it IMPOSSIBLE to enjoy a visit to the shop. (Girl that works the counter, taking orders. Short girl, long brown hair.) I love all the drinks here, but this girl is so rude to customers. The first time I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but I have had this experience on three separate occasions. She gets snarky and visibly annoyed when you ask about any of the drinks on the menu. She "doesn't know" or "doesn't like that flavor." She has said "if you knew exactly what you wanted that would be great." When ordering, she didn't hear me correctly so when I tried to correct her she was extremely rude. Sad to see this happening in a small business that should have customer service as it's main priority. Especially in a small town. read more

On our road trip to Idaho we stopped in Winnemucca to get some gas and stretch before the last leg. In search of some quality coffee we found Brew 95 on yelp. The barista greeted me upon entry and was super friendly letting me know she could make The Blended Cookie (TBC) after I showed her the picture of it on yelp. Once I decided that was what I wanted I went back to car so my wife could use their very clean restroom and order for us. It is not malarkey when I say TBC with caramel is one of the best blended coffee drinks I have ever had! I went here while visiting my dad in Winnemucca. It's an adorable coffee shop with great quality tasting coffee and food! They have a ton of different flavors if you like sweet drinks. Where are the extra stars? I give them 10-stars! Marta was joyfully-welcoming, and I think *wink* she gave me a tiny more in my two-scoop ice cream cup. We ended up ordering a latte and regular coffee (my beloved's fav drink) as we continued west to our home in Calif. Pros: 1.) Some of the best espresso I've tasted from a local coffee shop -- across the US. This is high praise coming from us as we are coffee snobs (we travel with our personal espresso machine - LOL) and find too many places offering blends that are entirely too acidic, citrusy, and bright. Their espresso was smooth, slightly nutty, rounded, with buttery notes. I was genuinely impressed. 2.) The milk was nicely steamed; I've learned to have lower expectations as the art of steaming and procuring a beautiful Caffè Latte or Cappuccino seems to be lost on many coffee houses. 3.) We travel coast-to-coast for work. I'd go out of my way to come back here. Cons: 1.) The barista (female), early morning 7/17/21, wasn't particularly warm or helpful. The flavors are not listed anywhere we saw, and when inquiring about flavor options, she just responded with, "we have over 60 choices." That's great, but it certainly doesn't help us decide on what to choose. I found her slightly offputting and unhelpful. It would be ideal to have flavors posted or a paper copy for folks to look over. read more

Wow. Best coffee! I've never been so happy to deviate from the standard road trip "Starbucks" stop. This is possibly the best coffee I've ever had. Such a special shop. I have mixed feelings about Brew 95. I find the quality inconsistent; some days the coffee is amazing and some days it's weak and lacking flavor. Today is not one of their better days. My coffee is nearly flavorless, and they forgot the cream cheese on my bagel. I suppose it's the good days that keep me coming back, but I don't know how much longer :( read more

We visit Winnemucca regularly and make it a point to stop here several times during each stay. Delicious coffee and friendly service. COVID-19 protocols in place here. Got some takeout espresso and decaf coffee, too, last time. Funny thing. We used to stay in town mainly for The Martin Hotel food, but that recently disappointed us. Now, we visit primarily for the coffee here. No kidding! Love it. read more

As far as food goes, I often order the chicken flautas or the ground beef chimichanga, which is a filling portion size without making you feel like overeating. Today I tried the shredded beef enchiladas, which were recommended by the server. Both the red and green enchilada sauce were great and the beef was very flavorful. They didn't even have the big bottle! It's very popular and a top seller Nationwide! Nearly nothing is priced. There is a couple random bottles here and there that had a price tag on the cap, but other than that, you have to ask how much stuff is. I am by no means, a cheapskate, but I'm not going to spend $32 on a $18 bottle of liquor. Even their vape selection, no prices on that either. So I'm not saying they're guilty of it, but do they make up the prices according to what the customer looks like? It's a big store, and apparently they're doing enough to survive, but this place can be so much better, better stocked, better varieties, and not look like you're walking into an Indian flea market when you cross through the doors, and have to step over boxes and other debris. I'm semi-local, I live a couple hours away from here, so I pass through here pretty often, but I probably won't come back again. We grabbed a beer and went for the back to play shuffleboard and to get away from it. Decent bar, pool tables, sports tv, super nice bartender, clean. We just had a couple of beers, no food. Will probably go back as we pass back through in a couple of weeks. On an RV trip from OR to Utah.
