The only reliable way to get what your order is to present yourself at the counter and then go through your bag with an annoyed employee so you can point out the things they charged you for that aren't in your bag. My husband and I stopped to order at McDonalds, he hated the kiosk. The food was good but on our way home we both got the runs, quick! The day was over, no more shopping. Thanks fast food. I always see their hiring , four separate times I made a resume and application and stayed up to my app & their hiring manager is "too lazy" to hire new people , even coming from employees. There's even been times I've been waiting to get a call back and I'd see new workers working all of a sudden . Also their employees don't clean tables or customer areas how they should . Remodeled but with the same slow service. I went inside for a frappe with no one else inside and it still took 10 minutes to get it. Hint for The management have the kids goof off less and work more. Stopped for a bathroom and lunch. Skipping lunch and looking for another spot- why? Because the floors are an accident waiting to happen!!! We walked in the door and I instantly slid - turned around and warned my husband about the floors. The floors are not slippery from water (it recently rained), but the greasy kind of slippery. There is no reason for the floors to be greasy at the entrance. And if they can't clean a floor well, I question their ability to clean the things we can't see. read more

This spot has a couple bad reviews, but we experienced the exact opposite. The restaurant was clean, the staff were very quick to check on us and followed up after our order was placed. We got our food fast and had no complaints. I wish I caught the name of the employee at the register, because she was great with everyone. read more

I used to love this McDonald's they were fast friendly and got you the order right. The last few times I went there dining room is closed due to Covid I totally understand however they make nearly every car pull around to the other side of building to pick up their order - they seriously need to look at their processes this all seem to start happening more when they added a second drive-through which is common other McDonald locations. I had to pull ahead for a cheeseburger; really McDonald you don't have a cheeseburger made?This reminds me of when other McDonald's have changed ownership very clearly customer service has gone downhill. read more

Went to this place yesterday and ordered a hamburger, fries, and an order of hotcakes. The order was sitting in the window when we pulled up. Went home and I wondered why the burger and fries were in a paper bag on top of the hotcakes, which were in a larger plastic bag. Upon removing said hotcakes, I knew why. Two hotcakes were at one end of the tray and the last one was sort of folded on the left side of the tray. The bag was to conceal the condition of the hotcakes. This is inexcusable. I have been going to the McDonald's on Washington Ave here in Bay City about 3 times a week for Breakfast, I like their Big Breakfast without the Hot Cakes.... Nothing against their Hotcakes I think that they really good. I'm just watching the waste line. Well, today I went thru the Drive Thru Ordered the Big Breakfast without the Hot cakes. Got home, no hash brown???? This is probably the 4th time they have screwed up my order in about 6 months. I called they apologized, they said they will give me my Hash-brown when I come tomorrow for Breakfast. They are nice and courteous but, there should be some changes in Management I would suspect. Or at least they need more training, to insure that the orders get filled properly. Granted they only have screwed me over on my orders like 4 times in 6 months. But, if you extrapolate that to how many customers that they service....... I would think the problem is larger than them picking on me every once in a while...lol,lol I would imagine that a lot of people don't ever bother calling them when they screw their order up. How many people don't complain???? They need to make some changes. read more
