So this is my neighborhood Mickey D's. I enjoy coming here for my drive thru breakfast on the way in to work a few times a week. It is convenient due to the proximity from my house. It is located off of business 146 and it does get quite busy in the morning but thankfully they are quick and efficient. I usually roll with the Sausage and Egg McMuffin and a side of hashbrown. I utilize the mobile app to accrue points and save time by having my card linked in the app to pay. There are always deals where you can get discounted breakfast items and big macs, quarter pounders and mcnuggets. Did I mention you can also score free food with the app? Yes! McDonald's is OK when you are very hungry and have little money. Otherwise, go somewhere else. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are served cold, and the French fries usually are, too (unless you just happen to catch the rare batch fresh from the fryer). Had a delivery order from there that had been waiting over an hour. I got there and the customer told me that they had placed the order over an hour. After the worker Kept taking and fulfilling other peoples order I asked what was wrong with the order I needed and he just said "I haven't gotten around to it." Bro!? Which I instantly cancelled the delivery order and left. Hope the people who ordered got someone or just cancelled and got a refund. What a crap show of an establishment. 0 STARS!!! Bad customer service!! I had ordered 6 burgers and a 10 pc for my family. I get home I noticed they forgot my 10 pc. No big deal we aren't perfect honest mistakes happen. So I come back and I let them know respectfully that they forgot my 10 pc and if they could please remake my food for the inconvenience of me coming back and having to go back home. Nice guy at the window says no problem and to pull up to the next window. 10 min later some lady that I believe was the manager comes to the second window and hands me in her words her "remade fresh food" and I tell her thank you very much and I check my bag and the only thing thats hot in the bag was my 10pc that were missing. This location is horrible. I waited 35 minutes for my food while there was no one else in the line. They charged me for 2 twenty pieces instead of 2 ten pieces and refused to give me my money back and correct the issue. The employee slammed the window in my face multiple times and then told me to pull up to the 3rd window where I waited another 20 minutes. All that for food was that terrible and cold. I ordered , big breakfast with bacon and a big breakfast with sausage. One big breakfast only had pancakes and the other one only had pancakes and bacon. Didn't get my sausage, eggs, or biscuits. I also ordered a mcchicken but I got a sausage biscuit instead when the wrapper clearly says mcchicken. Couldn't go back and get them to fix my order because I was waiting for 15 minutes for my bacon egg cheese biscuit a guy stopped and asked what I was waiting on and he took my receipt to go get my order and never brought it back. read more

I thought I would try this McDonalds again after my last bad service I promised I would not return. Since they have remodeled maybe they also have a better staff. But without fail they live up to their bad service. They remodeled this McDonald's & it looks great. But they sure didn't remodel the people that work there. The service is terrible. I've been here a few times because it's convenient, but I'd rather drive further for great customer service. They take forever to take your order. They forget to give you the items you ordered. This is the worst Mc Donalds. The workers aren't friendly at all they are so dry, they do not greet you . They take your order and pull up to the next window receive half full drinks. Then they park you to wait for your food. It takes forever to get the food and its never cooked right, if you asked for it to be cooked fresh they over cook it. I never get napkins in the bag and half the order is missing. The manager is rude and very disrespectful. She want to give what she wants you to have not what u ordered. I hate this place. I would rate it 0 but that was not an option. I have been going to this location most of my life but in the past year they "upgraded" well maybe the building but the device is HORRIBLE!! After waiting 15 minutes in the drive through just to place a very easy small order Large Coffee and a milk. It took another 10 minutes to get to the first window to pay and another 10 to actually get the order. After they tried giving me 2 orders of food that was not mine and repeating several times I just ordered a large coffe and a milk they gave me a frozen coffee. I asked for a refund and left. I miss the old employees and the old restaurant at least they knew what they were doing!! read more

What happened to "Welcome to McDonalds may I take your order". Now it's "Can I help you". You have to ask for ketchup or else they never put any. If you order nuggets make sure to check for your sauce. If you go thru drive thru and someone is behind you they automatically send to the side because all they worry about is the time.
