Best burger I've had. Period. Full stop. The service is what you would expect from a burger joint. Crowded hole in the wall restaurant. Don't go for service or ambience. Go for the burger. I had the double meat. I am guessing each patty was a 1/3rd pound. Your choice of cheese and bread. I recommend cheddar with the jalapeño cheddar sourdough bun. The burger had great seasoning, was juicy, and had me full for both lunch and dinner. Milkshake was also very good. Fries were just fries, nothing special. I've had a pretty good burger from this location before, I had three co-workers that agreed we would place an order over the phone for four combo meals for pickup. The man who answered was hard to understand and seemed quite stressed. The problem, I thought, was quite simple 4 normal people at work wanted burgers during lunch time and Ricky decided to invest into the burger business to solve hunger issues such as ours. Unfortunately, after I had to confirm what side with a co-worker wanted when being told onion rings were not available, patience ran out for my call. God forbid I could not understand the man on the phone when he rattled off the bread options, or cheese options. This poor guy, who must have been alone helping customers in person-over the phone-and probably the chef, stated "next time you call know what you want." Well I had done my due diligence and even had two yellow sticky notes full of order information. I said well next time maybe we should call somewhere else, you know what he said? I think this guy would be the guy who cleans up at the poker table because he said "okay you go somewhere else" and hung up on me. Yes, he called my burger loving self bluff. Bold. I wanted to leave this note as a suggestion to have a customer service oriented individual, that can communicate efficiently take the to go orders. Just a thought. Side note, a business model complete with pre determined menu options would have helped as well, instead of asking what bread condiments and cheese are desired for each meal. Mr. Harry called Verizon wanting to pre order an iPhone while we were going through the questions he asked if I wanted a burger, I was hungry so I said heck yea and then he asked how many people were working so I told him 5. He then said okay I bring burger at 3 which was 30 mins from the phone call. He showed up with two bags full of burgers. We finished his Pre order and then he rushed out stating I'm busy and he needed to return to the shop. The burgers were delicious my coworkers loved them. Went to the location on 146. Fries were good however I was disappointed in my burger. It was very greasy. The bathroom was clean besides a comb with hair on it on top of the paper towel dispenser. The walk way to the bathroom was a little cluttered with supplies. I ordered a jr. burger which was about 5 dollars on the menu and later noticed that I was charged for the fiesta burger that costed $2 more, but when the food was brought to the table the man that worked there addressed the burger as the jr. burger. You get a choice of several buns; I picked wheat sourdough. The patty was nice and thick. It was cooked through, but super juicy! For all those that complained about the burgers being greasy..I say get just get some more napkins and take another big bite! The pickles are awesome - fresh and spicy.
