This place is honestly a terrible environment. worked there for over 3 years and it was nothing but a toxic, nasty, trashy nightmare. Mold in every last machine in the building, procedures not performed correctly, new hires trained improperly, BED BUGS IN THE OFFICE AND CREW ROOM. MAGGOTS in the waste buckets. And did I mention MOLD IN THE DRINK STATIONS. Honestly I could go on about how terrible of an establishment it is and I cannot believe I wasted over 3 years of my time building my way up for a measly raise of $2.00. It never ceases to amaze me how they mess up such a simple order every time. I ask for the same meal every time I go to this location, a cheeseburger with only ketchup on it, a medium fry, and a medium coke. Yet, they always mess either the drink or the burger up. The burger will have pickles or onions or mustard on it when I specifically asked for it without those things on it. Or, they'll give me a Dr. Pepper instead of a coke. It's quite literally almost every time this happens. I thought maybe it was my fault and that I wasn't communicating properly, so I started ordering on the app and make them bring it to me in my car instead of going through the drive through, so there couldn't possibly be any miscommunication about how I want my meal. This was to no avail, as they march it right out to my car with the wrong ingredients almost every time anyways. Maybe it's my fault for wanting my food the way I want it, or expecting the same quality service we used to experience 10 years ago. This is the most disgusting McDonalds i've ever been to. The condition the restaurant is kept in is inhospitable and honestly made me lose my appetite. I asked for a refund when this McDonalds told me to park and wait for two $1 sandwiches after I'd been in the drive-through for ten minutes (I have diabetes and usually get a sandwich to combat falling blood sugar during a long commute home from work - I know, it isn't an ideal remedy). The girl serving me took umbrage to this request and after five minutes of unbridled confusion between staff who were standing around appearing hapless, a manager delivered my food with an abusive tone stating that in future I needed to call ahead ... for two $1 sandwiches. I responded by stating that it was fortunate I didn't have a family of five in the car and drove off, disgusted by the way I'd been treated. The sandwiches themselves had literally been thrown together, seemingly in protestation, with the baps folded over and the packaging in an unbridled mess. The following night I called at the same restaurant with the same order. They initially refused to serve me as I'd apparently "created a disturbance." When I advised them what had actually happened, they capitulated and served me. It's a crying shame that we live in a world in which fast food operatives have become utterly entitled and hostile. This restaurant has a number of rude and highly unprofessional staff, which appears to be a cancer stemming from the top down. It's no surprise to find it so poorly rated. Avoid. read more

Zero stars. Ordered Chicken nuggets with bbq sauce and milk- given order with no milk or bbq sauce. Ordered cheeseburger, ketchup pickle only. Received cheeseburger with onions and pickles. The mocha frappe machine is almost never ready to make a drink and this last time I went there I asked for strawberry jelly and was told they no longer have strawberry. Only grape. What?? What a cluster **** of nonsense!!! First off theres 20 employees wandering around confused in there. So I ordered a breakfast burito anyway, via the drive thru, drove home to discover 3 sausage sandwiches. After driving all the way back, and waiting 20 minutes in line to ask for what i ordered, the girl laughs in my face. Apparently she found the mistake hilarious. Then she puts the sandwiches BACK! And they immediately go out to another guest in drive thru! That's gross. So she gives me the wrong burito now, amd i threw it away because the wrap was so hard my teeth could not penetrate it. Oh, amd the coffee is hit or miss. Id say 70% of the time its either wrong or disgusting. 30% seriously yummy and the reason i return. Every morning that I stop to get a coffee on my way to work i spend more time at the drive thru speaker waiting than I do to pay and get my coffee. Plus they hardly ever have warm apple pies if they have any. Coffee beats out the other options so I keep returning. A Tim Hortons or a Tudors Biscuit World would really thrive here. read more

Now usually I'm quite pleased with my experience with this establishment, but today is not the case. First when ordering my meal they couldn't even get the order right, reread it back wrong 4 times, adding things each time, after about 5 mins and 5 cars going around me they finally got it right. Then I get up to get my order and they give me my food but tell me to pull around to wait for my iced coffees, ya iced coffees. As I'm waiting another 5 mins for 2 iced coffees, they hand me smalls. That's nothing, to add onto everything we finally get home to eat the steak egg and cheese bagels and there is hair on both sandwiches one was l long and on the other sandwich looked like dog hair from someone's uniform. Always be sure to check your take out order! They forget items so many times! The last time my husband went to the Chippewa McDonalds for breakfast burritos, he had to pull to the side of the restaurant to wait for the order, and when he got home, they forgot 1 of the burritos- they gave us 10 packets of salsa, but messed up our order , once again! They just don't seem to care about making mistakes! I called and the manager, Kim was fake friendly and said next time she'll give us a free one! Free one- I already paid for it !!! I give this restaurant 0 stars. I was in this establishment on this past Friday February 21st and witnessed a manager who I found out her name is Kim G. A customer had came in wanting explanation for why he received a what looked like bitten or just mangled bread of his food, why it was acceptable to send that out. The manager crumbled and threw the receipt at this customer and told him to get out, he tossed the bag which hit her but I believe this was by accident. However what happened to THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!? why this "woman" thought she could throw anything at a CUSTOMER is beyond me! This led to another McDonald's worker, THAT WAS NOT INVOLVED OR SPOKEN TO AT ALL shoving the customer into the wall trying to fight the customer for tossing the bag after the manager had thrown the receipt at him. These two employees need FIRED I have always seen videos on Facebook of other McDonald's treating customer bad and starting fights but to witness it in person I was APPALLED. Furthermore, the manager Kim G. then got in a girls face trying to stop the nonsense who was PREGNANT! Not sure if she was just a friend of the customer or his girlfriend.
