I'd give 0 stars if I could! Went thru drive thru. Ordered 2 filet o fish a double cheeseburger small fry and 2 medium frappes. My total was $30!!!!! Absolutely no way! McDonald's has lost its mind over charging people in drive thru! Watch your receipts! And when I asked for a copy of mine, it took FOREVER. Been here about 1,623 and the employees were always nice. Nope not now we used the app to get 30% off and she didn't take it off. I ordered two happy meals both cheeseburgers I wanted one of them plain. got home they were both normal ( pickles ketchup onions) then I asked for a double quater pounder with mayo instead of mustard I ordered into a meal lg with a sweet tea and a lg ice coffee with carmal ended up getting a single quarter pounder with mustard and no sweet tea and a regular iced coffee. and the order taker was sighing and was very rude. read more

Omg, worst ever... if there were minus stars, this place would earn it. Ordered oatmeal for breakfast, thank goodness I attempted to eat it there. I was soup, after 15 minutes it was still soup, no chance to ever cone even close to having any kind if oatmeal like appearance. I took it back, was offered more oatmeal but I didn't want any more, I don't have time now to sit and eat. Ordered something else... thought it would be understood that I would get the purchase price of the oatmeal taken off, but nope... Had to get upset about it, eventually a lady came with a refund. I ordered the limited time carmel and brownie McFlurry. What I got was a cup of yellow liquid with brownie chunks in the bottom. I took it back and the young lady said 'well that is what happens when you put hot carmel in ice cream, they always come out that way'. Really? McDonald's - 'Mcflurry' - Fast Food Near Me - Bedford, Indiana

OH. MY. GOD. I never thought I would check in to a McDonald's, much less write a review for one. I don't go often, but the appeal of the all day breakfast was too much. I had to give it a try. I think they speak in code now. In the drive through the woman just said, "breakfast or lunch"? I wasn't sure how I was supposed to answer that. It was 2pm. I thought I gave my order, she took my order, and we exchanged money and food. I just answered "yes", and ordered. Then I waited... and waited.. and waited... at least for a solid 5 minutes. I was sure that by the time I made it to the pickup window I'd have a couple of nice hot biscuits to look forward to. Nope. Instead, I was told to move up and park. I asked how long it would be. I was told at least 3 more minutes. So... apparently it takes about 10 minutes just to prepare bacon egg and cheese biscuits at this location. I'll never know. I just had them give me my money back. I've had 3 minutes turn into almost 10 way too many times. read more

Most poorly managed McDonalds restaurant to be found anywhere. More times than not I have a problem of some type at this restaurant (and drive away with no food). From "Sorry, cash only right now" to "We're out of that" and the ever popular "Our ice cream machine is down". Tonight was the best though. I pull up to the drive thru and half of the menu board is turned off so I back out and go to the other lane. I'm greeted with "We're closed right now, our system is updating". Now there's no way for me to know for sure what the real issue was but I suspect it was the fact that a semi was unloading supplies and they were either understaffed or else the employees just didn't want to be bothered with customers while the unloading was going on. Either way, I'm done. McDonalds food is substandard at best with the one attribute being that it's supposed to be "fast". At this location it's neither tasty nor fast. They can keep it. read more

My husband and I shop for lunch and got 2 number 1's......well the French fries where hot but the sandwich were COLD....the cheese won't even melt...the bun was hard......it was just a little before lunch but they said they would go ahead and fix it for us.......I think the hamburger patty was left over from the night before...it was dry, hard and cold...not even a little warm.....just couldn't eat it....fries and drink were good..... read more

So here's the deal.....went through around 6 am and ordered a frappe. They were obviously having issues with the machine and asked me to pull forward and wait, that's fine BUT when I finally got my drink, the young woman didn't say thank you, sorry about your wait or kiss my ass.....she just stared at me with this stupid look on her face. I was the one that said thank you...got on my way and no straw but that's fine, I'll drink it a work.....Well I got out of my car and there was a hole in the cup and it was everywhere!!!!! I just can't believe that people don't have the basic courtesy to be polite....I know she didn't want to be there that early, hell I don't want to be there that early but that's life. She is NOT the type of person to have in a customer facing role!!!! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Lady at the register was 0 help and despite the abundance of employees, 2 mcgriddles still took almost 40 cook. Far below usual food quality standards for McDonald's and it was impressively slow. I won't be back to this one. There's a McDonald's down the road.. trust me, go to that one. read more

Consistently SLOW service. Drive-thru slow, even when not busy. Seems like a management issue more than anything. Case-in-point - went thru the drive-thru last night after a long 14-hour day. Got a large cup of coffee with my meal which I was planning on relaxing with to cap off my evening. First sip - whoa! It was totally COLD! Not luke warm, COLD! It was too late, and I was too tired to go back for a replacement cup, so decided to wait until the next day. Stopped back by in the morning and politely told the wait-staff they owed me a fresh cup of HOT coffee. I explained what happened, showed them the receipt, but they just stared at me. I asked again and was told they'd have to get the manager. A few minutes later, the manager (so-called) started berating me because I didn't call the night before to report the problem. She said I needed to communicate with them so somebody could have left a note or postcard that I'd be stopping in the following morning. I told her I was communicating with her now and would appreciate if they'd give me a fresh, hot, cup of coffee - which I paid for, but never received. Finally she told me "since you came in today" - I'm going to give it to you "this time," but make sure you call first if this happens again - "just so we're communicating." I got news for them, upper management needs to start "communicating" with these amatuers on what customer service is and how to treat your customers. I didn't appreciate their tone or attitude - especially for a customer that didn't receive what they had paid for. It was an inconvenience for ME to have to come back, and somehow they wanted to justify it was my fault and they were doing me a favor for giving me a replacement cup of coffee. To top off the whole experience, NOBODY apologized or made any attempt to even vaguely act like they cared! Do yourself a favor - stop here as a last resort - unless cheap and slow trumps speed and quality of service! read more
